Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

We had flights delays and diversions to Calgary and they were so understanding and ensured we had a place to stay once we arrived. They even allowed us to check in early.

Loved loved loved! Would totally stay again.
Pros:

Looked very nice and high end. Kids loved the pool and I got a work out in. Everything was super nice loved the stay

Cons:

Personal preference - Beds were too soft for me and the husband. We got old backs, not print chickens anymore.

I don't know, they didn't honor the reservation

The hotel said they were over booked and they couldn't honor my reservation. I couldn't find another hotel and had no place to stay.
