Qualcosa da migliorare, nel complesso bene!
Pros:

Ottima posizione per girare nella Old City di Chiang Mai, tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Personale molto disponibile e gentile, ci hanno accolto con una buonissima bevanda rinfrescante mentre facevamo il check-in e sono sempre stati sorridenti e a disposizione, preparandoci anche un box colazione perché con un tour partivamo molto presto e non abbiamo potuto partecipare alla colazione a buffet.

Cons:

Non molto pulita, le lenzuola erano sporche e non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani in bagno durante le pulizie. La colazione ci ha deluso particolarmente: sarebbe dovuta essere a buffet, in realtà è presente un piccolissimo assortimento di biscotti e toast, poi le altre cose devi ordinarne dal loro menu e in modo estremamente limitato. Il cappuccino o altre bevande non presenti sul banco buffet sono a pagamento.

La posizione al centro della città vecchia è perfetta per esplorare Chiang Mai

Cons:

È un elenco lunghissimo che inizia dalla finestra che affaccia su un muro con i motori dei climatizzatori che fanno rumore continuamente e disturbano il sonno. A questo rumore se ne sommano altri di non si capisce bene quale provenienza. Nessun isolamento acustico tra le camere. La camera risulta buia tutto il giorno. La pulizia è scarsa, pavimenti sporchi e polverosi e nonostante un soggiorno di 6 notti non vengono mai lavati. Dal bagno esce continuamente odore di fogna. Intorno alla 1 di notte abbiamo avuto un emergenza e siamo scesi alla reception per scoprire che non c'era nessuno nonostante in prenotazione garantiscono il servizio H24 .

Fabulous for location, comfort and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Just down the street from Wat Chedi Luang, a 7-11 and on the same street as the Sunday night market in Old City. The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the sit down restaurant inside was excellent. Beds were comfortable, AC and all the amenities including a bidet so I didn’t need the bum gun. I had a balcony overlooking the street where the night market was as well. Would most definitely stay again as the price was great for the above.

Cons:

Only thing they could add would be a pool (difficult in old city due to space) and maybe an in room microwave but early one morning a gentleman let me heat up my leftovers in the kitchen and even gave me a glass bowl and spoon so I didn’t have to heat it in the plastic to go container (as I was going to miss their great breakfast that day).

Pros:

The location was great for being in the middle of the old city!

Cons:

The breakfast was lack luster and didn't have many options in comparison to many other hotels. There weren't any amenities such as a gym or pool.

Easy booking experience, facilities true to site information, helpful and friendly staff. Location excellent for easy and quick access to many local attractions. Prices good to reasonable when considering all trip requirements and expectations. Would choose again.

Cons:

Be sure to read all information provided on the premises so as to avoid any disappointments. Some rooms have no external view, but fortunately noticed when reading the details and selected a deluxe ki g room for a little bit more.

A good visit, a good hotel, a good location.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, you could order things. The location was amazing, lots of things to walk to. The staff was great, so helpful and friendly. The market was fun!

Every now and then I seemed to get a food smell in my bathroom.

Staff. All 5 + 5 more. They gave us considerable assistance. Locations was OK, just get a Grab into Chiang Mai night market or other attractions. Local restaurants are ok but off Walking Street about 1 km toward airport there are many very good & up market restaurants. Easy walk. "walking street" in Chiang Mai is not the same as Phuket, Pai or Pattaya or "walking streets" in other cities where they are the centre of eating & night markets & bars. We would stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

Air con, noisy, difficult to control. We like very low fan speed/noise.
Another suggestion, (not a mark against The Experience.) Thailand staff everywhere struggle with English. It would be to everyones advantage for employers to provide some English tutoring to staff. Not all of them have been able to benefit from the English lessons at school.
