Pros:

raport preț calitate a sejurul m-a surprins mult. Chiar am avut o plăcere deosebită să fiu oaspete în acest hotel. Domnișoara de la front desk a fost foarte amabilă și plăcută. Micul dejun a fost excelent. Mulțumesc housekeeperilir pentru o cameră extrem de curată și confortabilă cu un view frumos spre munți

Lots of construction, dirty floors, hot tub not working and a bit difficult staff and hard to get ahold of

Cons:

The parking lot was going under renovations and I had to be constantly moving my car. The elevator floors were absolutely disgusting. Every time I went in. we got this hotel specifically because they have a hot tub and a pool and the hot tub was not working and was the same temperature as the pool. Our one and only plug in the bathroom didn’t work. On top of that, staff had a hard time letting me check in and was making me contact my booking agency and my booking agency told me they should’ve never contacted me in the first place and that they needed to contact them directly

Short and sweet!
Pros:

Actually stopped to get something to eat (long flight) and while we were eating my wife said by any chance is that our hotel next door? It was! Coincidence!! But we enjoyed the hotel being next to a good place to eat!

Nagyon jó berendezésű szoba, különösen a bővíthető asztal és a 3 ülő alkalmatosság tetszett. 4 fővel használtuk a szobát és sok szállodában aludtunk egy hosszú úton, itt volt a legkényelmesebb 4 főre a berendezés. A spa is szuper!

Cons:

Érkezéskor 60 fokon volt a klíma, amikor kint 100 fok volt. A reggeli 9.30 -ra már elég hiányos volt, és egyébként sem volt túl nagy választék, de gondolom ez a szálloda standard.

Pros:

When we arrived at the hotel at 10:55 p.m. to check in, we asked the front desk to arrange two rooms close to each other. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and, because we arrived so late, there were no other rooms available. These were supposedly the last two rooms, with one on the first floor and the other on the third floor. However, the parking lot was practically empty that night, and we barely saw anyone at breakfast the next morning.

The bed sheets had yellow and black stains on them. My child was so disgusted that they refused to sleep directly on the bed and ended up sleeping on two chairs while still fully dressed.

The hair dryer had very weak airflow but was extremely noisy. The breakfast selection was also very limited—the only sources of protein were hard-boiled eggs and milk.
