Quick stay
Pros:

Accessible location

Cons:

The hot tub was out of order, but the pool wasn't, although it was so cold we couldn’t even swim. So, it was disappointing.

it's cheap, but not worth it
Pros:

stayed for a couple nights. hot tub was broken, the gym has 2 machines and barely any weights, the breakfast options are very limited and not much to choose from. food doesn't seem fresh either. our bathroom was gross, hair everywhere and the water takes 30 minutes to heat up. housekeeping only comes every other day and it's very hard to get fresh towels. we call the front desk and they say we get them down there, but before they told us we can't get towels at the front desk. no microwaves in the rooms, just a small fridge. stepped on a loose nail and broke skin. not a good experience

No frills place to stay for a few nights.
Pros:

Easy to access, parking free, cheaper price than most hotels in the city but pretty close to attractions if you have a car.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the elevator, ice machine and water fountain and it was quite loud through the night. Once we used earplugs though it was fine.

Misogynistic staff, pool closed
Pros:

Clean, breakfast provided, female evening staff at front desk was super kind

Cons:

Pool was closed and didn’t look like it had been open recently or would open again anytime soon, we specifically chose this hotel because of the pool. The pool was half filled with water (seems pretty unsafe with the door to the room unlocked) and there were washing machines and dryers being stored in there.
My 4 yr old spilled a cup of milk at breakfast. Your males staff stood by, leaning in the front desk, just staring at me and watched me clean it all up with napkins and then when I was finished walked over and said they’d have housekeeping take it from there. Then they sent a young woman in with a mop. I didn’t think such misogyny still existed in America today. Disgusting behavior.

Pool was unusable and unsafe
Pros:

Clean. Breakfast area stocked. Some staff were nice.

Cons:

Washing machines and other appliances were being stored in the pool area, pool was only half full of water. My toddler spilled milk at breakfast and the morning male staff stood by and watched me clean it up and then finally told me they would have the female staff finish when I was nearly done. Super weird and rude, outdated misogyny.

It was alright, won’t stay again until the renovation is done

Cozy beds, simple breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Most of the staff was nice and when we went to breakfast was always full even when we went to eat later in the morning

Cons:

Some staff didn't want to open the pool when pool hours started, claimed it there was maintenance out there but when we did go out the pool was dirty so it just seemed like they didn't want to deal with us. I also booked one of the rooms to be a king size bed and got a queen but I think thats more booking.com not the hotel
