Comfortable stay and conveniently located
Pros:

The location is just 5to 10 mins from airport, perfect location if you want to be closer to the airport. Its not too far from the downtown either.
The breakfast is decent and rooms were clean.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have exhaust, and i would have preferred shower gel instead of soap.

Wonderful room, staff, and breakfast, what more could we ask for?!
Pros:

The man at the desk who also drove us to and from the airport was wonderful. He helped us and was exceptionally nice.

Close to airport, quiet, had breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was run of the mill for all hotels - make your own waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage and the cold stuff like cereal and fruit, etc. You could get 5 stars from me if you had some gluten-free breads/biscuits or something naturally gluten-free like hash browns or fried potatoes available.

Cons:

The hotel is situated immediately next to a homeless hostel. There were many people milling around outside the hostel and our hotel had lots of signage about "Don't leave any valuables in your vehicle!" and then there were about 10 security screens at the front desk. While I'm sure this was made to make me feel safer, it did not instill confidence in me. Though, we did NOT have any issues and no one messed with our vehicle. The bed had very well-used springs and was quite soft, which I know is in the eye of the beholder but for me, it was far too soft for real comfort.

Comfort Suites was a convienent place to stay close to the airport, not fancy but adequate.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. And I was given an early check-in.
My room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My bathroom was small but the shower head was great!
The swimming pool was very murky. I did not go in it but the hot tub was good.
No places to eat close by but they had a snack place.

Super great for the music festival, but awful hotel
Pros:

I was in town for a music festival and it was in a great spot to travel back and forth between the festival. The transit nearby was very helpful. The hot tub was also at a nice temperature.

Cons:

Everything else. Upon arriving (with my entire party) the woman at the front desk told me that “my friends” had arrived early and were in my room. She then tried to convince me that I knew the people she let into my room, despite me repeating confirming I had no idea what she was talking about. Turns out, the hotel had let random people into our room without checking any sort of ID. After driving 30 hours to Salt Lake City, we then had to wait an additional hour just for the hotel to throw us in a different room. And the breakfast tasted bad. And when we got room service during our stay, they took all of our dirty towels and didn’t give us new towels. Five people = no towels.
