Pros:

Proximity to airport and inclusive shuttle. Driver was helpful as were staff.

Frustrating
Pros:

The location and the room was comfortable for the price.

Cons:

I communicated a lot with the hotel as my flight was delayed so it was going to delay my arrival. Not once did anyone state the shuttle stopped at 1am, and the shuttle was why I booked Comfort suites. At 1:15am, I called for the shuttle and was told to get an Uber. It cost me $27 to go 3 miles. I was NOT happy. Additionally, the elevator sounded like it was going to break at any moment, the breakfast was ok, not anything to brag about and I was told in order to take the shuttle back to the airport, I needed to schedule it and it only left at the top of the hour. I did not get the value I was looking for and instead, a lot of frustrations that were expensive.
