It served our need, but I will choose a different hotel next time.

Proximity to the Peoria Ballpark Complex and the hotel is quiet.

Cons:

The bed in room 208 is severely uncomfortable. Terrible sleep. Detail regarding cleaning and upkeep could be better. There were coffee splashes on the wall and missing paint/sheetrock chips in our room, upholstered chair coming apart at the cushion seams. We discovered ottomans in the room had not been moved to vacuum, as we found items from previous occupants under them when we moved them.

Had a great time despite minor inconveniences.
Pros:

Location, staff, breakfast all very good.

Cons:

No towel hooks or bars in bathroom. Very erratic elevator. Thermostat broken on AC unit. Phone didn’t work to call front desk.

This hotel is very safe and clean, would highly recommend, esp for Spring Training!
Pros:

beds were really comfortable, A/C worked GREAT!, front desk people were very friendly and helpful, location was central and very close to ball fields and restaurants, pool was great and loved the fountain with cool water in the pool

Cons:

there were only 2 lounge chairs by the pool, and some earplugs in the room would be nice (for the street noise)

It is a very basic hotel, very dated. Bed, pillows and bedding really need some improvement. The one tiny elevator is the slowest operating elevator I have ever seen but actually thought that was kind of funny and we weren’t ever in a hurry anyway! Also the air conditioner on the wall was very loud as it came on & off during the night and if you were sleeping on the side of the bed next to it you were blasted with cold air! Our solution was to turn it off at night and just be warm!

They didn’t clean our room. It was dirty like things splattered on the walls from previous guests. I found hairs everywhere. The curtains were so dirty. The elevator was broken down, the washer in the laundry room has toilet paper or something in it. Just gross

We were definitely paying for location the amenities and everything were very shortsighted. Coffee machine never worked

The facilities were fine but were not worth what we paid.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The facilities were all clean. My room was a good size. The shower was decently big. There was a good selection of items at breakfast. Good walking distance from lots of thiings.

Cons:

I found the bed incredibly uncomfortable. The breakfast food was mediocre. The room was in need of some updates. The pool was ice cold- uncomfortably so even in lots of heat.
