Horrible customer service by one representative which ruined the overall stay. I related this to the manager.

Cons:

The night desk associate was very rude and unprofessional. She ignored me, didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of her waiting to speak to her while she was on her cell phone, then was annoyed to have to get off her phone.
I complained to the manager, who said she was tired, which doesn’t excuse her poor customer service.
The next night, it was more of the same rude, disinterested behavior. It was enough for me to not want to stay at this hotel again, and I’ve been staying here for 15+ years.

It was great!!

Cons:

I don't remember the young gal that was at the checking desk.
SHE WAS VERY RUDE, NASTY ATTITUDE. SAT THERE AND VERY UPSET THAT SHE WAS INTERRUPTED OF HER CELL PHONE USE. Other than that everything was beautiful!!!

Pros:

Clean easy check-in.

Cons:

No access to ice. Got one batch, went to get some more and told me it would be an hour. What's up with that? Wanted water, vending machine was not taking cash or card, went to front desk, the cooler up there only had soda. How can a hotel not have access to ice and water?

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk person was clearly not interested in her job. Breakfast was a joke. Ice was doled out by the front desk. We received about 15 cubes and were told that was it.

Clean and comfortable room for decent price
Pros:

It was in a good location for my needs. The price was reasonable. The bed was comfortable and room seemed clean.

Cons:

Hallways smelled smoky and sometimes like pot. Some lights in my room did not work.
Breakfast room was quite small and got very crowded a couple mornings. Food was not replenished when gone.
