TV needs an upgrade need more freedom
Pros:

Breakfast servers on both mornings were really good at keeping food hot and cleanliness was empicable.. Not to mention the front desk associates were very kind and answered everything I needed .. my only gripe is what's up with the Tv
I couldn't get on line to any streaming apps like YouTube etc it kept running in a search mode all night I was so disappointed in that department.. but everything else was empicable I'll come back soon

Way better experience there than LaQuinta last year. Our room card keys worked perfectly.

Elevator was super slow and annoying. The temps were 100+ degrees outside. The sole ice machine broke and instead of fortifying from another source, like Costco, they had a table top machine that some guests were able to use. It was always dry when we asked.

Baseball,Sun & Fun--mix with pool access
Pros:

Great for Mariners/SanDiego baseball fans.Walk to games or very very short drive.Stadium is right across the street with other hotels next to Com Suites.Prices are spendy during the Cactus League.Also the CS. is right up against the freeway so noise might be issue.We ran the AC to help that--it was 90 to 102 deg.Anyway free breakfast is above average &the staff was great too.The Moon bar across the street is way good with specials everyday.Very noisy but tons of TV's with sports stuff on.The bar waitresses are super.In-Out also in the area & freeway access is close.TIP--be on your game when driving as they go like hell.Have a co-pilot with GPS helps.

It served our need, but I will choose a different hotel next time.

Proximity to the Peoria Ballpark Complex and the hotel is quiet.

Cons:

The bed in room 208 is severely uncomfortable. Terrible sleep. Detail regarding cleaning and upkeep could be better. There were coffee splashes on the wall and missing paint/sheetrock chips in our room, upholstered chair coming apart at the cushion seams. We discovered ottomans in the room had not been moved to vacuum, as we found items from previous occupants under them when we moved them.

Had a great time despite minor inconveniences.
Pros:

Location, staff, breakfast all very good.

Cons:

No towel hooks or bars in bathroom. Very erratic elevator. Thermostat broken on AC unit. Phone didn’t work to call front desk.

This hotel is very safe and clean, would highly recommend, esp for Spring Training!
Pros:

beds were really comfortable, A/C worked GREAT!, front desk people were very friendly and helpful, location was central and very close to ball fields and restaurants, pool was great and loved the fountain with cool water in the pool

Cons:

there were only 2 lounge chairs by the pool, and some earplugs in the room would be nice (for the street noise)

It is a very basic hotel, very dated. Bed, pillows and bedding really need some improvement. The one tiny elevator is the slowest operating elevator I have ever seen but actually thought that was kind of funny and we weren’t ever in a hurry anyway! Also the air conditioner on the wall was very loud as it came on & off during the night and if you were sleeping on the side of the bed next to it you were blasted with cold air! Our solution was to turn it off at night and just be warm!

Cons:

They didn’t clean our room. It was dirty like things splattered on the walls from previous guests. I found hairs everywhere. The curtains were so dirty. The elevator was broken down, the washer in the laundry room has toilet paper or something in it. Just gross

We were definitely paying for location the amenities and everything were very shortsighted. Coffee machine never worked

Great location for Sports Complex but hotel needs refresh
Pros:

Great location. Hotel needs a refresher - shabby carpeting, bathroom fixtures old (or missing). We had to move to another room (which was much better) but there still is a sense of the facility being worn out. Wonderful staff at the front desk, and we met some terrific housekeeping staff. But the hotel chain needs to invest in sprucing up the insides.
