Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean as well. Special shout out to Elisa from F&B team! She was so nice, quick and very corteous. She discuss the different options for us during breakfast and ensured all details were taken. She listened attentively with a smile.

The hotel is really good. Very pleasant and accomodation is so peaceful for travellers. But what really caught my attention are the staff. They are really kind.l especially “Elisa”. She are always going above and beyond in terms of customer service. For the two days stay of our group (which we are total of 12) she gave us the excellent service and always have that smile that help us start our day! Will definitely come back!

Kevyn is a Rockstar. I checked in late at the hotel. I was starving and needed a cocktail. Kevyn offered me chicken wing after the kitchen was closed and stayed open for an extra half hour. Great experience and he was very professional.

My stay started out badly. Loud people next door, a call to the front desk, Nicole at the front desk called the room, they were still loud, etc.

BUT, I give a five start review because Nicole tried to make things better.

Then, Victor went above and beyond to find me a new room. Actually, well above and beyond.

So, Nicole and Victor, I appreciate you.

I had a really good stay here overall.

Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone at the front desk was genuinely friendly. It didn’t feel forced—they were just nice people who seemed to enjoy helping guests.

The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s definitely more of a business hotel than a resort, so don’t expect flashy décor or a vacation vibe. That said, the room was comfortable and nicely set up. The shower was a little small, but it worked fine. I appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room—it’s always useful. The only downside in the room was the pillows—they weren’t very supportive and could definitely be improved.

There’s a small snack and drink shop in the lobby, along with a small restaurant. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but it’s convenient if you just want something quick. If you prefer more choices, there’s a Wendy’s, a Chick-fil-A, and a 7-Eleven within walking distance, which makes things easy.

One thing I really liked was the setup for working. The desk and nightstand had plenty of power outlets, and the Wi-Fi worked well during my stay.

Overall, this is a solid, dependable place to stay—especially if you’re in town for business. It’s not a resort experience, but it’s clean, comfortable, and gets the job done.

My bartender/chef Kevyn was excellent. Made me a great meal, a great drink, and some awesome conversation. Helped welcome me and my girlfriend to Orlando! Best service i’ve had in a while.
