Clean and comfortable short stay, I'd book here again.
Pros:

Location was good, amenities in room were good. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Room was clean. The breakfast offerings at the cafe were good and convenient to start the day. Proximity to the highway and restaurants was good. Would stay here again!

Cons:

I stayed in room 100, which was right next to the exit door by the stairwell. I noticed that my door would rattle a little any time anyone came in or out of the building, so I'd just make sure not to be by the exit next time. It wasn't a huge deal and didn't ruin the stay by any means, just something to remember next time.

Very comfortable 3 day stay
Pros:

Free parking, great bed, clean room and public areas, quiet, attentive staff. Easy access to freeways.

Cons:

The food wasn’t up to par but coffee was good. One of the two elevators wasn’t working and apparently it has been a problem for quite some time.

Not good value for money , the Resturant service wasn’t great .. don’t order coffee there you get a little bit of coffee

The rooms were very loud , the aircon made a loud noise when on so had to switch it off to sleep but that made the room hot

Pros:

Kevin is an absolutely AMAZING bartender. The food is awesome but he takes it to another level with the vibe he brings. Can't say enough good about this place.

Great bistro guy

Nice stay!
Pros:

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean as well. Special shout out to Elisa from F&B team! She was so nice, quick and very corteous. She discuss the different options for us during breakfast and ensured all details were taken. She listened attentively with a smile.

Awesome Elisa!
Pros:

The hotel is really good. Very pleasant and accomodation is so peaceful for travellers. But what really caught my attention are the staff. They are really kind.l especially “Elisa”. She are always going above and beyond in terms of customer service. For the two days stay of our group (which we are total of 12) she gave us the excellent service and always have that smile that help us start our day! Will definitely come back!
