The coffee bar didn’t open until 7
The front desk associates were not there to help you upon check in, we had to call for help them when they showed up they didn’t do anything but give us our keys

I will not stay here again or will I recommend anyone to stay here it was an headache.
Pros:

They double charged my card twice! When to the snack market for food where everything that I purchase was expired or stale

Water dripping from the ceiling over the shower. The drops would hit the metal drain cover and made an awful racket.

Pros:

The hotel is very convenient when traveling out of Nashville. On site parking while you travel at a reasonable price, much cheaper than the airport. Shuttles are available to and from the airport. We stay here every time we fly out of Nashville.

Highly recommended
Pros:

I was only there for 1 night as I had to find a better hotel then where I was currently staying. I found this hotel and had heard good things about it so I took a chance and booked a room. Im glad that I did. I have already told other collegues of mine about this hotel and my high recommendations
