Staff was accomodating. Rooms were as expected.
Our room faced the street, so some traffic noise.
Courtyard Columbus Dublin was a good hotel with pretty nice aesthetic. Room was tidy amd bed was quite comfortable.
They don't offer breakfast, which is a very awkward thing for a hotel of their sort. You had to buy breakfast from an in-house diner which was quite pricey, and not offering value for money.
Also, I just checked my bank statement and I realized that I have been charged double for my 1 night stay, an obvious mistake which I presumed was caused by booking.com who did not forward my reservation to the hotel in time so I had to now rebook it at the reception when I got to the hotel. I would therefore request a reversal ($128.62) of the delayed reservation by booking.com..
The location was perfect
We had to move twice due to AC malfunction in 2 rooms
Average hotel...dated. xxxx
Very comfortable room and clean. Pool was heated
Paying for breakfast was a bit much and pricy for what you got
The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and our room was clean.
We booked our room through booking.com and it said they had restaurant style breakfast for $10. Not so. It was restaurant style, made to order, however for scrambled eggs, home style potatoes and 2 pieces of bacon, sourdough toast & coffee for my husband and I was $38 & change. It was good (eggs got cold quickly) but not worth that. For those that like Starbucks coffee, they did have that.
Didn't have 24 hour coffee available. Just complimentary water!
We had trouble with our lock on the door to our room. Once we got in the room, we had trouble getting back out. The mechanism would stick. We reported it to the main desk and they said it was fixed but it wasn't. Room 211.
The only other thing about our stay was we had someone in the room next to us that was up until about 2:30 a.m. playing games on the TV or console and the noise was so loud it woke me up and kept me awake.
Room had no microwave but did have a small refrigerator behind a cabinet door. Was disappointed in overall stay.
Staff was friendly and helped as they could.
This was our second stay at this location and it was just as good as the first time. We did get a suite this time and it was so much space
The twin sofa bed was a little dated and dingy. The mattress was deflated but it served its purpose
The cleanliness and value for the money
Nice place and close to everything we needed.
Well after a minor issues with checking in with my reservation through Booking.com they temporarily lost it. Nate i believe was his name handled the issues just fine. Later that evening everything was back on track. Ive never had issues with Booking.Com, this was first. The staff was very pleasant and would definitely go back to the courtyard Marriott in Dublin
