It was good good location, but some things do happen but that's understandable.
Pros:

It was clean and great value for the price

Cons:

On the second night, the Internet went out, so I did not rebook, but I know it was not their fault, but everything else was good

Pros:

Convenient location but difficult making res. Our direct call to hotel to make res was way more expensive than using Booking.com. Shouldn’t be that way.

Cons:

Dark, sprawling, not well lit or large enough sign. Tough finding your way back there if you’ve never been there before. TV large but so close to bed you could only watch on an angle. Not good.
Should have handout with local recommended restaurants. Room not well lit at all.

Out of order or broken was the key take-away
Pros:

I had much higher expectations for a Courtyard property, but this one disappointed. To start, the automatic front door was out of order so you had to try your best to open by hand by any means possible - not easy. No luggage carts available at front door. Room we were assigned to had no working heat. Reassigned room had an indentation on one side of the mattress like sleeping in a hole; unfortunately not noticed until woke up in bed and unable to fall back asleep due to discomfort. At breakfast flat top grill was out of order limiting menu items available. Washing machine was also out of order.

The lobby has been updated to current standards, but the rest of the property is falling apart or "out of order."

Jessica at front desk and Chelsie in Bistro both have very high standards for customer service and were incredibly helpful. Their talents are wasted at this property.

Pros:

Nice location...like how it was back from road but of course was right by the highway. The server at the Starbucks was very pleasant and great customer service.

Wonderful stay, great location - kind staff, easy to get to all things around town...
Pros:

I Love Marriot - but for some reason, it didn;t feel like the comfy heavenly beds I am used to -- it was nice, but not the beds dream of when I am traveling - was there a change of the kind of beds here?

Cons:

The bed could have been what I am used to at most of the Marriott's I have stayed - it was different, not bad, but definitely not the same.

Convenient Stay
Pros:

Courtyard was well located. Well appointed, quiet and clean. Somewhat tucked away. Navigating the property to locate the room was a little confusing.
