Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown

The location is perfect for anyone needing to be downtown, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just a short walk away.
​We loved the lobby cafe! The breakfast there was delicious. It's not included but we actually preferred paying for it since standard hotel breakfasts usually don't have much we can eat.
The room was spacious and very clean, with a huge bathroom, modern shower, and great mirror lighting.
It’s not a massive hotel, so it feels very cozy and welcoming. ​It even has a small pool and a patio area, which are great extras for a downtown hotel.
The staff was friendly.

Veron and Katie were amazing! Helped me seemingly host for a conference and stayed with me every step of the way. They were responsive, courteous, and professional.

I liked the hotel a lot very clean and anything you needed they were right on top of it.
Maria and Katie were the best along with all the staff that I didn't remember there names.

Ledford, and all of the staff were great/friendly and go above and beyond for the customers, well maintained facilities and great food.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard in Downtown Orlando. From the moment we walked in we knew we chose the right spot for a 3 night stay in Orlando. First and foremost every member of the staff was welcoming and hospitable. Devin and Dominique at the front desk were personable and helpful, in addition to Fior and Yamii at the bistro! Marcella and her colleagues who took care of the room were also professional and friendly. The rooms were updated, clean, and very quiet. I never heard anyone when in the room. Food at the restaurant was good and served quick! Overall, the service at the hotel was equivalent if not better than high end hotel / resorts I've stayed at. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend.

We didn't eat breakfast. We enjoyed dinner there on 2 nights. The service was great and the food options were delicious. The room didn't have that smell that is associated with Florida water.

Otimo hotel

As the dust is settling on a perfect wedding weekend (March 27-30, 2026) for my daughter and now son in law, I wanted to take a moment to share my positive feedback regarding our wedding block and our welcome dinner both hosted at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown.

We worked with Ms. Shawn George to plan both. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and calming with all of our questions, adjustments, and just-in-time needs during our planning stage as well as during our stay. We couldn't be happier. Weddings can be very stressful times. Shawn and all of the staff we encountered at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown provided everything we could have asked for to ease our worries and allow us to enjoy family and friends. They even stored and handed out our 48 welcome bags to guests as they checked into the hotel.

The welcome dinner was well attended with approximately 70 guests. The space was arranged beautifully (We used the Magnolia Room), the food was excellent, the technology worked flawlessly once we figured out the set up, and the staff was phenomenal as they were required to navigate a very full space.

The food at the bistro was also quite good and we all felt taken care of so well. Family and friends enjoyed the lobby area as we were able to visit in a relaxed and clean atmosphere throughout the weekend. Everyone in the hotel seemed to pitch in to make sure we had an excellent experience. I even witnessed Shawn waiting tables at one point, ensuring that all was smooth.

There are so many to thank in addition to Shawn. I worry that I will leave someone out, but I want to mention Debra, Rose, Devin, Veron, Emily, Maria, Rose, Sou, Angelo, and Rangel as contributors to our perfect weekend. I wholeheartedly recommend the Courtyard Orlando Downtown as a venue for a wedding block for anyone wanting a stress-free, enjoyable stay.

Great stay. The staff is so nice. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Ellis and Fior at amazing. Overall everyone is very helpful and kind. Hotel is always so clean and their food at the lobby restaurant is delicious. Strongly recommended!
