Cuidado con los cobros escondidos, cobran por todos: parqueadero, internet, desayuno, etc.
Pros:

La habitación estaba dentro de lo esperado, la cama era cómoda y el aseo estaba bien. La ubicación estaba cerca a un Mall completo con varios comercios.

Cons:

Aunque la reserva indicaba que había desayuno, era con cobro adicional. De igual forma, cobraron un cargo adicional por el parqueadero que no estaba indicando. En la recepción cuando uno entraba y salía ni saludaban. La conexión WiFi es muy lenta y cobran por tener un internet decente. Cobran depósito de 50 USD por día

Overall nice stay but with above documented complaints
Pros:

Did not participate in breakfast, only coffee , but it was fine

Cons:

Stayed to attend college reunion locally. Other guests at hotel were race car track workers on way to track venue miles away for the next following days . As well as flight attendants staying overnight after landing in evening from local airport. Noisy evening in hotel in hallway after 10 pm which was not appreciated

We can’t wait to go back!!
Pros:

The property was all redone, had great amenities. Coffee in the morning & drinks at night. Azra with housekeeping was amazing! Jose the bartender, great recommendations & stayed open a little late for us. Cindy getting our coffees every morning & the GM Billy was so accommodating! We will definitely recommend this to any family/friends staying in the area & we can’t wait to go back! 10/10!

We will not stay there again. This hotel is not ideal for airport travelers passing through.
Pros:

The property was nice enough. Probably a great place to stay for a few nights. There is a coffee shop/bar that is probably quite lovely, but was closed the entirety of our brief stay.

Cons:

We were only staying one night after a late flight arrival. We arrived at the hotel at 11:45pm and the key card for the room wouldn’t work because of a time zone/date issue with the system. The clerk said the company is aware of the problem but refused to fix it. We had to wait while he checked in another family and then he attempted to let us know our room with his master key. The doorknob itself was broken so he had to go back downstairs to print the list of open rooms then come back up and find us one that worked.
Also we had to pay for parking, which was not disclosed on the listing for the hotel.
And there is no free coffee in the lobby, because of the coffee shop.
