Esperienza pessima. È stato uno dei peggiori hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato.
La pulizia è pari a zero: ogni giorno si limitavano a rifare il letto, ma il bagno non veniva mai pulito. Ogni sera, al nostro rientro in camera, mancavano sempre i teli da doccia, gli asciugamani e perfino la carta igienica. Era una situazione che si ripeteva continuamente per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
Per poterci fare una doccia dovevo andare personalmente fino alla lavanderia a cercare dei teli puliti e spesso non c’era nemmeno nessuno a cui poterli chiedere. È assurdo ritrovarsi sistematicamente senza asciugamani e senza carta igienica.
Anche la camera era in condizioni pessime: la moquette sembrava non essere mai stata pulita e c’era un cattivo odore costante.
Un servizio vergognoso e una totale mancanza di attenzione verso gli ospiti. Non torneremo mai più e lo sconsigliamo vivamente a chiunque
Emplacement parfait pour aller aux parcs d’attractions (Disney et Universal) et shuttle inclus pour aller à Disney. Petit déjeuner correct avec plusieurs options salées et sucrées.
Ils se sont toujours trompé avec le nombre de serviettes nécessaires dans la chambre (on a eu un jour sans serviettes quand on est arrivés)
Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, emplacement moyen, bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel accueillant

El hotel está bien ubicado, tiene servicio de shuttle que va a los parques de Disney.

It took us 10 minutes to get to Disney.
The rooms need an upgrade. They smell like mildew and the showers are old and dirty. The faucet was backwards (red was cold and blue was hot) so we did burn ourselves a couple of times. The lights didn’t work in the living room area and there were dead roaches on the floor. You pay a $100 “incidental” deposit but they give you only a portion back since it’s $20 parking per night and a $5 food/drink voucher (one per night per room). I had two rooms and the staff were rude when I handed them two. They were quick to tell me “it’s only one per day” without even looking at the vouchers first.
