Daniel Carino is a front office manager , he is the only staff that deserve and excellent rating , other staff are below average . I have been to other courtyard by Mariot where suites were spacious and elegant , this is not even half the standard .

Advertise breakfast included but no breakfast at all. Sun rise restaurant was suppose to be open like advertised but when we got there they told us it was closed until Oct 6. The blend wasn’t open but one day out of three and nobody showed up to wait on us and we stood there for 20 min. Front desk just said they didn’t know where the worker was.had to put my shoulder into the door and ra it to get it open. Had them come look at it but there was nothing they could do. Tv remote didn’t work hardly at all. Bar and restaurant was suppose to be open but wasn’t.
Very clean, staff were extremely helpful and lovely. Perfect location for all the parks too! Will definitely come back

The smell of our room it was an old musty smell, instead of getting a nice view of the pool we got the view of the back of the big TV. The hallways were never vacuumed and the room setup was not good. The music from the pool area was very loud. The ice machine and elevators were down. And the internet didn't work all the time.

My reservation was cancelled and due to the policy, I was to be charged a fee of 81.00 but I was still charged the full amount of the booking despite multiple messages and calls and the fact that they confirmed same via email and booking.com. I have tried reaching out regarding a reimbursement of my funds with no response.
The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean.
The breakfast good have been better. The options were very limited. There was no bacon only turkey sausage and it was almost inedible.
