Pros:

Breakfast was good (cereal, variety of breads, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and waffles, fruit), main pool with games and bar/restaurant was very well kept and nice. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The pools were not heated as advertised only 2 waffle makers make for a very lonnnnng breakfast line.

Was uncomfortable and glad it was only overnight. Couldn’t even sleep.

The pool was really cool for kids.

The room had a couple dead bugs on the bed and the room smelled like urine in some parts.

Pros:

Excelente localização, próximo a restaurantes e lojas. Tem starbucks dentro do hotel.

Cons:

O café da manhã pode melhorar. Tem frutas e iogurte. Senti falta de um pão bacana ou um croissant. Poderiam colocar uma estação de omeletes e ovos fritos na hora. A máquina de waffle quebrou e não colocaram uma reserva.

Overall the stay was nice and the staff was very helpful.
Pros:

Not what I booked for.
Pros:

The pool was great, location was great.

Cons:

I booked a suite that showed a balcony in the details. I specifically booked a balcony. Traveling with 4 kids I needed some zen time once they knocked out. Just to sit out on the balcony and unwind with a glass of wine. I get there, and ni balcony. I asked for the balcony I booked for. They said it didn't say balcony. I showed them where it indeed showed a balcony. And they shrugged like sorry about your luck. No offer of compensation for the error. Nothing.

Doble cobro y tema aun no resuelto

El hotel es cómodo, limpio y está bien ubicado. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con el cobro ha sido totalmente inaceptable.
Realicé la reserva con una tarjeta de crédito, pero al momento de hacer el check-in pagué con una tarjeta diferente. A pesar de eso, actualmente tengo dos cobros hechos en dos tarjetas distintas, lo cual es un error grave que nadie me ha resuelto.
El primer día hablé con un señor que fue sumamente tosco y, en lugar de ayudarme, simplemente me dijo que eso no era cierto. Su trato fue poco profesional y completamente irrespetuoso. El día de mi salida me atendió otra persona, mucho más amable, quien me explicó que no podía resolverlo directamente, pero me proporcionó el correo y el número del supervisor.
Hasta este momento, nadie me ha respondido, y yo sigo con los dos cargos reflejados en mis tarjetas. Para empeorar la situación, tuve que pedir la factura y el monto que aparece en ella tampoco coincide correctamente con los cobros que tengo en las tarjetas ni con lo que aparece aquí.
Es muy frustrante tener que estar insistiendo por un error que no cometí yo. Lo mínimo que espero es una respuesta inmediata, una aclaración clara de los cargos y la devolución del cobro incorrecto cuanto antes.

I had a great time, and I will definitely be returning pretty soon
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and explained everything in detail. The beds were very comfortable. The property felt very safe it was within close proximity of lots of different restaurants. There was little to no disturbance from guest next door.
