Would have liked it a lot better if we got the room we were promised

We were supposed to Suite 2 queens, and a sofa bed but when we checked in, they said they didn’t have one so they had to give us a regular room with just two queens

Doble cobro y tema aun no resuelto

El hotel es cómodo, limpio y está bien ubicado. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con el cobro ha sido totalmente inaceptable.

Cons:

Realicé la reserva con una tarjeta de crédito, pero al momento de hacer el check-in pagué con una tarjeta diferente. A pesar de eso, actualmente tengo dos cobros hechos en dos tarjetas distintas.

Desde el primer día intenté resolverlo en recepción, pero la atención inicial fue muy mala. La persona que me atendió fue muy tosca, poco orientada al servicio y desestimó mi situación sin revisarla adecuadamente. Solo el día de mi salida otra persona, mucho más amable, me orientó y me indicó cómo escalar el caso.

Lo más desgastante fue que para resolverlo tuve que hacer múltiples cruces de correos y poner la queja en servicio al cliente. Al inicio incluso me dieron a entender que la responsabilidad era mía. En algunos mensajes mencionaban reservas y plataformas que no correspondían a mi caso, lo que hizo todo aún más confuso. Además, la factura del hotel no coincidía claramente con los valores cobrados en mis tarjetas.

El proceso fue demasiado largo, desgastante y mal manejado para un error que no cometí yo. En una cadena de este nivel, este tipo de situaciones no deberían ocurrir y, si ocurren, deberían resolverse con mucha más seriedad y claridad.

Coming back here!
Pros:

We loved how close to theme parks we were, the environment was family friendly, the breakfast was top notch, staff were friendly, our room is spacious and comfortable, and the noise was at a minimum when in our room.

Cons:

The parking lot was cramped on Friday.

Pros:

I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista in Orlando and had an outstanding experience. The property is beautifully maintained, offers excellent rates, and is conveniently located just a few miles from SeaWorld.

The amenities are exceptional, including an on-site restaurant, bar, Starbucks, snack area, two pools, and a well-equipped fitness center. One unique highlight is the large outdoor screen by the pool, perfect for enjoying sports and movies.

The rooms were immaculate, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Most importantly, the staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit. In particular, Mike Fontez at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area and will definitely return in the future.
