Amazing!
Pros:

The location was close to the hospital my father was in. The gentleman that checked me in was awesome. I had made the reservation for the wrong night and he gladly changed it for me. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

Cons:

My room didn't seem to have a hair dryer. I may have missed seeing it in the closet. It was not that big a deal.

Pros:

Front desk staff and all associates were tremendous. We were exhausted upon arrival and we felt well taken care with our early check in experience.

Cons:

Signage could have been better inside and out but not a problem.

Overall a great place to stay, with minor inconveniences.
Pros:

Location is excellent - plenty of restaurants, easy access to freeway, grocery store just a few minutes away. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Fitness center was great - appreciated the hydration station.

Cons:

Despite having 3 guests on my booking, I had to ask for a third set of towels each time the room was cleaned. The room size was quite small when the sleeper sofa was used - there was barely room to access the air conditioner. The pool water was cloudy & smelled intensely of chlorine despite a sign that said it was a saltwater pool. There were often no towels available at the pool & in the fitness center.

This hotel has totally gone downhill we will never stay here again!
Pros:

Sorry but the place has turned into an absolute dump we used to stay there all the time when they gave out chocolate chip cookies and it absolutely we will never stay there again it is absolutely horrible!!

Cons:

The exterior of the hotel is a dump it’s dirty people loitering around, the hallways smelled and they were dirty and the lobby was so non-welcoming and impersonal and we will just never stay there again!!

Pros:

Please put rock salt down at the entry way when there is ice/snow on the ground. I slipped and fell and the staff was not as concerned as my husband and I were.

Simply perfect.
Pros:

Pros:

Nice location..not far from the mall.

When I clicked on the address link on booking it took me to a residential neighborhood. I had to manually type address in.
