Minor nitpicks but overall great stay!
Pros:

The front desk staff were VERY friendly and so helpful. I’m not sure of her name but I appreciated the fact that she took my children’s safety into consideration when choosing what room to put us in. The first floor has sliding patio doors and she made sure we felt safe by giving us a closed off balcony room on a higher floor! The pool was very clean and towels were always stocked. The room was very clean as well. Would absolutely stay again next time!

Cons:

The overhead lights on our elevator were blown so it made us a little wary to ride at first, but the elevator worked fine. $15 breakfast, but not a deal breaker for us since we typically find breakfast on the go anyway. Parking is a little sketchy and only one side door works.

Give warnings ahead of time.
Pros:

I always stay here when in town. Nice staff and the view is great. I wish you could smoke on the balcony since it is outside. Great price and comfortable

Cons:

Certain doors did not open by Key from the outside enabling us to reach our room from a shorter distance. I parked in my handicap spot and wasn’t able to get in. There were many other guests pulling up as well due to no parking and we were outside wishing. I called the front desk and was put on hold for over 5 mins, so I hung up and called back only for him to tell me he was busy with customers and would not be able to come open the door so he will call for help but repeated to tell me he was busy. Someone eventually came and let us all in but there should have been notice of the door not working prior to check in.

Pretty good, I would stay again.
Pros:

The front desk staff was amazing…friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My first room wasn’t clean and I needed to be moved. Also that I had to request to have my room cleaned after bring there nearly 3 days.

It was ok but the breakfast part through me off especially how much money I paid for the room so I won’t be back!
Pros:

Staff got whatever we needed with no hesitation

Cons:

That you have to pay for breakfast😡 I booked because it said breakfast included and that’s definitely not the case! Even when I checked in I wasn’t told about paying breakfast until we tried to go eat😩

Pros:

The staff was nice, the lounge was beautiful even though we wasn’t able to use it because we had to leave early for an appointment. The room was nice and clean too.

Cons:

The side door that was closest to our room wouldn’t work with our key card and that was a little annoying, would’ve been cool to have a hot tub especially since the pool wasn’t really heated either.

Could use a lot of work
Pros:

Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Room was small, door locks were hard to unlock, bathroom shower drain was blocked entirely - had to pry open in order to get water to drain. AC was old school and the constant fan setting was intermittent at best.

We travel for competition cheer will def stay again
Pros:

The staff were amazing all so nice and helpful the 4rd shift security was very helpful making sure that we got parked on a place that was easy for us and for him to keep a eye on things

Cons:

Could of provided pillows and blankets for the pull out couch or maybe a pad to cover that awful bar
