Pros:

Clean room. Walls were thin as we could hear neighbors talking. We stopped to rest for the night. It was late so didnt use amenities or tour the area.

Our room was nice and clean. Rest of hotel well maintained. Greeted by friendly staff member. Asked her for options where to eat and she gave us several. Overall stay was good.
When at breakfast guest had to wait for refills on food options. Staff member was clearly overwhelmed trying to keep items at breakfast stocked for guest. Found out she was doing laundry and breakfast. Then when checked we out she was also doing front desk. She was keeping up a friendly attitude through all this. Wish I had got her name to tell you she deserves a raise and some help in future.

We for checked in. Went to room. It wasn’t cleaned yet. We went back to front desk and they told us to check in later. We can came hours later and the keys didn’t work. Went back to front desk and they rekeyed us. All in all Terrible non customer focused experience. Won’t be back. They did apologize but didn’t make it right.
