Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown and overall found it to be a very well-located option for visiting the city.

The location is excellent. Within literal steps of the hotel entrance you’ll find a wide range of eateries, restaurants, bars, and cafés, making it an ideal base for exploring downtown Nashville. Despite being so centrally positioned, the hotel was relatively quiet.

The property offers what I would describe as a typical mid-American hotel experience, sitting comfortably in the 2–3 star range. That said, one unexpected highlight was the bed — extremely comfortable with great pillows and clean, fresh linen, which made a noticeable difference after long days out.

The only negative experience related to the hotel’s laundry service. My items were returned with small tracking stickers attached to the clothing. Unfortunately, these stickers do not remove easily, and attempts to take them off resulted in damage to at least two pieces of clothing. This is something the hotel should urgently review, as it detracts from an otherwise positive stay.

Overall, a great place to stay for location, comfort, and convenience, with just a small operational issue that could easily be improved.

Our visit was a great time very clean rooms great location and the two guys at the door helping Mason and Jacob. They were very knowledgeable about things to do around town. And great restaurants to go to . We had a great time !

From the time we pulled up, it was amazing. Mason was quite helpful very friendly, personable full of information. He made our stay much more enjoyable.

First time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Great location, very clean, very comfortable and the customer service exceptional. Staff very friendly and very welcoming and made sure our stay was good. Not one negative thing to say. Definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Nashville. No hesitation in recommending this property.

I had an incredible stay at the Courtyard in Nashville thanks to Mason, Jacob, and Maverick. These three went above and beyond in every possible way. Their professionalism, warm personalities, and genuine willingness to help made me feel truly taken care of from the moment I arrived.

Mason was exceptionally attentive and made check-in smooth and welcoming. Jacob assisted me with anything I needed throughout my stay and did it with a great attitude. Maverick showed outstanding hospitality and ensured everything was perfect during my time at the hotel.

Courtyard Nashville is lucky to have such dedicated team members. Because of them, I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Arash was very helpful and nice with me and my valet experience was the best. Hotel was also great and I loved the whole experience.

Good time at the rooftop bar. What else can I say it was fun to make this up for points. So again what else can I say. Bhah, bhah, blah, blah.
