Pros:

Nothing but the gated fence

Cons:

The room was dirty , ac was not working, toilet was clogged, the tv channels were not working, the fridge was not cold at all , the shower dispenser was out

Would like a partially refund because in website it looks nice in person it was very disappointing

I would stay again!
Pros:

The manager named Jade was very welcoming and the rooms and the pool were clean. Also the gated entrances and key entry doors made my family and I feel safer during our stay. Free wifi and ice machines!!

Cons:

The 3rd floor smelled like weed but I understand it can be hard to keep everyone in check and some of the staff were rude. One guy (not jade) literally said "ugghh" as he wiped face with both hands as he went to grab what I asked for. No shame at all, like if it was that much of a hassle to help guests.
Breakfast was only some fruits, cereal and waffles. I heard other guests complaining as well. Some sausage, biscuits and eggs at least would be great.

Large aged facility with unfriendly staff
Pros:

Very spacious and in a good busy America Area. The staff are really not friendly. The breakfast is poor. It is like none. You will always have tea available in the reception

Cons:

Unfortunately - staff and poor breakfast. Rooms amenities are deteriorating
