Although the room looked clean, the floor felt completely covered in sand. The sheets felt dirty. Despite appearing friendly, the staff made me pay a $50 deposit for no reason. When I checked out, they said they would refund it in two business days, but it's been a week and I still haven't received it. Furthermore, they claim to include "breakfast," but their breakfast consists of two cookies and a juice box, which you have to pick up at the front desk.

Bugs, sliding doors not functioning .Staff not friendly. Forgot ID at front desk and they didn't call and tell me. I had to go up front and ask them if my ID was up there. And they had to Rifle through several IDs to find mine. Very strange they would call and tell you that you left your idea up at the front desk. And that they didn't make sure I got my ID back after I gave it to him. And the breakfast was in the brown bag.

The breakfast was not healthy and it was just something not fresh and it looks like stored for long time as it was a pre-prepared in bags. The assigned room was still under construction and was not mentioned its condition during the check-in. They asked for deposit and they cashed it once the check-in completed.

Cons:

There was no hot breakfast available, and this was not communicated to me until after I had booked and paid for my room. We were also not provided with the specific room type that we had booked and were put on hold. When we raised concerns about this discrepancy, the staff informed us that the room was no longer available, even after we showed them the proper email.
