Ac didn’t work in room but got another one but super super outdated hotel
The bathtub had rust in it and around it..switched rooms the toilet did not flush well...And what looked like blood on the floor
Enjoyed everything
Our room was clean and comfortable, staff was super kind. We ran into an issue with our car during the stay and the clerk at the front desk was happy to help us with Ubers to get around until our tow truck was able to get us home.
The elevators were not operating and we had a person in our party who has health concerns that made it difficult for her to get up to the 3rd floor by stairs. I had to be the one to ask if a lower level room was avaliable and none were. No compensation was offered.
Also the photos were not true to reality. The photos are much nicer than the actual location. Lots of construction and tail spin to access hotel.
I stayed on the first floor, it was terrible idea, the clorine smell from the pool reached our room. The toilet was clogged we had let the staff know.
The breakfast was not complimentary and that was a let down. We checked out early, there was a group of younger people still being loud and obnoxious. It looked like they were drunk.
Their elevators did not work
The hotel room was HOT, the AC was on all day and only cooled off about 2 degrees. The room smelled like dirty feet. The floor was disgusting. And the pull out mattress was stained and discolored. Will not stay here again. It’s as if they don’t have a house keeping staff.
The young man at the desk was exceptional. There was a mix up in the dates which was totally our fault and he went above and beyond to help us out. It is indeed a pleasure to know such kind people are out there and actually act like they like their job. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was quiet and there were many restaurants within walking distance.

This property was very dated, smelled very musty, the room had roaches. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Deserves the high rating it has.
I was disappointed in this Marriott property. The tub had rust, the shower head did not work properly. It's an old building and needs to be updated. For the amount I paid per night, it should have been in better condition. My husband bought breakfast (coffee and a breakfast sandwich for $20. The sandwich was cold. I know food prices have gone up, but that is ridiculous, and he had to reheat it in the room.

Not a bad stay. Ill be back for sure!
Overall the property is very good. Our room smelled like mildew, the toilet tank never filled and constantly running and please upgrade the bathroom exhaust fan as it is too loud and no option for just lights on.
I contacted the Marriott prior to check in and they refused to refund my cancellation. This is not what I have experienced previously or expected from a Marriott property.
