Not worth price
Pros:

It is difficult to say what we liked, since we stayed only briefly and had an unpleasant experience right from the start. Perhaps the breakfast.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Cons:

Unfriendly staff. Having some religious books in shelves which discriminates others immediately. The staff was really unfriendly and showed no interest. The lady who worked on the 1st of May was not communicative or friendly at all. When we arrived, we pulled up in front of the garage, since the property’s listing states that parking is available. We called them to let them know we had a reservation, and she opened the ramp, but there was a bottom door she could not open. She said we should take a ticket, but that was impossible since we had already passed through with a car and the ticket would not print without a car being scanned. She said she would send someone, but nothing happened. We waited for another car to arrive and followed it into the garage, just to have her print a card for us valid for 24 hours and charge us €28 for it, which is not mentioned anywhere and could not she just say that earlier.The day before, we had an apartment in Hallstatt where parking was included in the price.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Pros:

Exceptional breakfast, very varied and tasty, beyond expectations. Spacious, modern, and well-maintained hotel with beautiful views, a lovely restaurant, and friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

The extra bed squeaked badly and needs replacing, as even the slightest movement woke everyone in the room.

Stay away unless you have business to conduct near by.
Pros:

The property looks good on the surface.

Cons:

We didn’t get much sleep at all the first night when we needed the most after traveling. The concert next was blasting music well past 4am! We reported to the front desk but no action was taken. It is not acceptable.

Familien-Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig - es ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Es waren auch lalktosefreie und vegane Produkte vefügbar.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Außerdem hat das Hotel eine sehr gute Lage - nach kurzen Gehwegen ist die Innenstadt leicht, innerhalb kurzer Zeit, mit Bus und Bim erreichbar.
Gerne wieder :)

Cons:

Wir sind zu 4t als Familie verreist und haben nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

De ongedwongen sfeer en het vriendelijke personeel en schone kamer.
Ook de kleine extra’s die werden geboden als de kamer niet elke dag hoefde te worden schoongemaakt.

Cons:

De (bekende Kaiser) broodjes tijdens het ontbijt hadden m.i. beter gekund (vers i.p.v. afbak).

Exklusives Haus, tolle Lage, aber beim Personal geht noch was.
Pros:

Lage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit. Duftnote von der TG ins Hotel.

Cons:

Extrem lange Wartezeiten im Restaurant. Von Anfangs 70 Personen - die der Grund waren warum man uns Gästen den Zutritt ins Restaurant verweigerte - , sind dann 12 gekommen.
Das Essen war sehr sehr gut. ABER: Das Personal (5 Personen) war definitiv überfordert mit den. Insgesamt 28 Gästen. 23 Min für2 Espressi. Nochmals 27 Min für die Rechnung. Sowas hat nicht.

Warning: Unauthorized Charge

Even though I had already paid for everything in advance, this hotel charged my account an additional €154 upon arrival. It has been a week now, and despite my follow-ups, the money has not been refunded to my account. This is completely unprofessional.
