The 3 hr ride to the port and they booked us a cab that never showed we had to get a Uber thank God for that 😭.

We stayed here over the holidays (Dec 23–Jan 2), and I strictly do not recommend this hotel. It was a stressful and unsanitary experience from start to finish.
The cleanliness levels were appalling. The carpet and furniture are old, but worse, they are filthy. The mattress on the sofa bed and the seat cushions were disgusting. Housekeeping does not clean daily, and even when they did visit, the room remained dirty. I overheard another guest complain that when he checked in one of the windows was completely covered with milk. The worst part was that our daughter developed a rash due to bedbugs and dust mites. This is a severe health hazard.
Some of the front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked basic hospitality skills.
To make matters worse, we were wrongly charged $300. I had to contact Marriott main customer service and explain the situation multiple times. Despite promises to fix it "right away," it took over 10 days to receive the refund.
Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible; they never answer the phone, and there are no email addresses listed on the website. You have to guess how to contact them. They also promised to investigate the hygiene issues and review our refund request, but I have not heard back in over two weeks. They are completely ignoring my follow-ups.

The location of the property is good, close to the airport and to multiple restaurants, pharmacies and shopping malls.
They only clean the room every other day and when they do it, it is mediocre, I tried calling to the receptionist to get fresh towels but they never answered so I walk to the lobby in to ask for it they said yes and they never did it. Last but not least I requested face tissues because we used the first box, and in the nine days I stayed there they never replenished it.
Mr. Liechtenstein and the driver that was also the jack of all trades were the best part of the stay. The reception area smelled beautiful.
The airplane noise, the faulty a.c. unit in 106, the terrible smell in the room, the morning reception staff that told us there was no shuttle offered on site despite us having used it the evening before. We didn't really know what to expect price wise but there was no breakfast and I don't feel we expected that for the price.
Too dark, dirty walls, not felt safe. It was not the Marriott experience, will not recommend this place. Staff was ok. Property needs some refresh and deep clean. Smells bad.

Todo, mal atención, reserva mal explicada, tercera cama (sofá cama) inutilizable, desayuno al ser pedido por booking era 1 por habitación siendo que éramos 3, nos pidieron que lleváramos sábanas para armar el sofá y no querían armarlo desde housekeeping. Un desastre. No volvemos más.
I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral from November 8–15 while leaving for a week-long cruise. Before I left, a staff member personally assured me that my vehicle would be safe to leave on the property for the week. I trusted that information and chose to leave my car there instead of using a secured cruise parking lot.
Unfortunately, when I returned on November 15, I discovered that my car had been hit in a hit-and-run while parked in the hotel lot. There was no note, no contact, and no help from the hotel when I reported it. I now have to deal with insurance and pay a $500 deductible because my car was damaged on their property.
What made this experience especially disappointing is that I relied on the hotel’s own staff who confidently told me the parking area was safe. If I had not been given that assurance, I would have parked elsewhere.
I expected better communication, accountability, and support from a Marriott-branded hotel. This experience has made me very hesitant to trust their parking or staff assurances in the future.
