I wasn't able to make my stay because the staff told me my reservation was canceled. After a long back and forth with that i had to attempt to get ahold of someone from booking.com because they messed up my reservation. I tried calling the customer service number, got an ai thing, then when it went to send me to an actual person, i got hung up on EVERY TIME. Absolutely furious with this company and will never use them again.

This hotel was great as we got in to Miami on a late flight and was heading out before check out in the morning! Staff was friendly!
Location near many places but not walking distance.
The beds were listed a queen they were full size very small and uncomfortable, I was in 106 the bed squeaks. The rugs look dirty. There is no courtesy water or coffee or tea! You must purchase everything at high cost! Breakfast to purchase, no blower in rooms no iron on rooms, the sofa bed is small. Expensive for what the provide. &13 parking fee daily!!! That’s a rip off! Will never recommend or stay ever.

I stay exclusively at Marriott properties and this is the worst Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. It’s totally run down with stained and ripped carpets. Couldn’t even see out the windows because they’re so old they have a haze trapped between the glass panes. We arrived a little after 10pm and there was a group of shady people sitting on the curb smoking right outside the front door. Saturday night at 10pm and the bistro was already closed so we needed to order a pizza. There was a pizza restaurant flyer under our door that we asked about at the front desk and they said not to order from them because they keep trespassing.. that lack of security had us a little shaken.. I mean, how’d they get in?? Anyway I would look elsewhere. This place is a dump.

Alors qu’on avait réservé pour 2, petit-déjeuner inclus, ils ont prétexté que la réservation, via booking, n’indiquait pas 2 petits-déjeuners et nous en ont servi qu’un ! Une belle arnaque !
Refus complet du personnel de faire quoi que soit accusant booking de tout. Le client est manifestement la dernière de leur preoccupation. A fuir !

The 3 hr ride to the port and they booked us a cab that never showed we had to get a Uber thank God for that 😭.

We stayed here over the holidays (Dec 23–Jan 2), and I strictly do not recommend this hotel. It was a stressful and unsanitary experience from start to finish.
The cleanliness levels were appalling. The carpet and furniture are old, but worse, they are filthy. The mattress on the sofa bed and the seat cushions were disgusting. Housekeeping does not clean daily, and even when they did visit, the room remained dirty. I overheard another guest complain that when he checked in one of the windows was completely covered with milk. The worst part was that our daughter developed a rash due to bedbugs and dust mites. This is a severe health hazard.
Some of the front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked basic hospitality skills.
To make matters worse, we were wrongly charged $300. I had to contact Marriott main customer service and explain the situation multiple times. Despite promises to fix it "right away," it took over 10 days to receive the refund.
Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible; they never answer the phone, and there are no email addresses listed on the website. You have to guess how to contact them. They also promised to investigate the hygiene issues and review our refund request, but I have not heard back in over two weeks. They are completely ignoring my follow-ups.
