It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and just the comfort in the rooms on the beds and just how well we were treated by staff.
The pool was out of service for maintenance it was a bummer.

Location and value were great. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast and the staff were excellent.
We booked a room with 2 adults and 3 children. We booked two doubles and a pullout couch and the room was spaced great! However, there was no bedding in the room for the pullout couch. It’s annoying to arrive late with tired littles and needing to trudge back out to ensure bedding is being delivered.
The location is amazing. Right next door to Knotts Berry Farm, and right across the street from Medieval Times and Porto's.
The kids were so excited to go swimming. We got there and the pool was empty and being renovated. We didn't get any heads up when booking the room or before our arrival that the pool was not available. The rooms smelled bad and the outlets in our room were broken. They also didn't give us enough towels for the number of people on our reservation. I was also in desperate need of advil in the middle of the night and their lobby had all kinds of medicines, except ibuprofen or Tylenol.
