Pros:

We did not receive the room we booked with sep beds for the adults and a pull out sofa for the kids/ the desk person charged us 200.00 for the room when we had already paid in full . We have not received the deposit back or the 200 back. We specifically order the room we did and paid more on booking for it because didn’t want the adults to have to share a bed. How do we resolve these issues?

It was close to Knott’s berry farm and we were able to get to our rooms with ease

The Starbucks staff on premises lacked customer service. We felt like we were bothering her just to order our drinks in the morning
