The location is amazing. Right next door to Knotts Berry Farm, and right across the street from Medieval Times and Porto's.
The kids were so excited to go swimming. We got there and the pool was empty and being renovated. We didn't get any heads up when booking the room or before our arrival that the pool was not available. The rooms smelled bad and the outlets in our room were broken. They also didn't give us enough towels for the number of people on our reservation. I was also in desperate need of advil in the middle of the night and their lobby had all kinds of medicines, except ibuprofen or Tylenol.

We did not receive the room we booked with sep beds for the adults and a pull out sofa for the kids/ the desk person charged us 200.00 for the room when we had already paid in full . We have not received the deposit back or the 200 back. We specifically order the room we did and paid more on booking for it because didn’t want the adults to have to share a bed. How do we resolve these issues?
