Pros:

I reserved a room with a queen size bed. Unfortunately, it came with two small beds out together. They kept sliding apart. Besides that problem everything else was good.

Another problem was when I reserved a room for myself and I decided to bring a date over for a night ( she did not stay there all night). The administrator took extra fee for somebody entering the room, which I thought was weird.

Avoid this hotel if you can
Pros:

- Very unprofessional staff
- Asked to change rooms 20 minutes after arrival with no excuse or compliment from the hotel
- Very poor communication - at arrival they have communicated a certain amount for one extra person, at the check out we had to pay two times more
- Were contacted by phone (with a promise to respond) and by email with no response until today

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet, mit Kühlschrank, grosses TV, Kaffemaschiene, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee und allem was man brauchen könnte!
Das Bad war auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles neu renoviert!
Lage war auch sehr gut, 10 min. bis zu Metro-Station Suharevskaya und nach 2 Stationen ist man am Roten Platz!

Zimmerservice könnte besser sein, man muss den Knopf drücken, sonst wird das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. An einem Tag war um 17:00 war das Zimmer immer noch nicht gereinigt und ich hatte kein Bock noch zu warten.
Sonst war alles gut Vorallem das preisleistungsverhältnis (<40€/Nacht) ist einfach super!
