Solid Place, Great Location
Pros:

Very close to Disney, so a great place to stay during your visit. It’s a very solid place for the price so no complaints, just don’t expect something grand and luxurious!

The staff were great
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Disneyland, which is within easy walking distance.
The rooms were huge, clean and had plentiful hot water.
The staff were so helpful.
We were able to leave our cases free of charge on our last day whilst we went to the park. We offered payment but this was declined.
We arrived to collect our cases absolutely soaked through due to torrential rain, and they let us use their staff restroom to change.
There are several places to eat within walking distance, and a small supermarket at a garage just across the road.
The breakfast was cereal and cold pastries mostly, but still welcome and the coffee was great.

Do not stay here!
Pros:

Ants all over the room , building not maintained. Not once did I see a staff member cleaning, sheets are see through due to age , bed frame was broken. Dusty, ants are coming in from giant hole in light over sink pushed the plastic up and found the entry for a giant colony. Do not stay here absolutely not worth it unless it’s a one nighter. Only benefit is it’s close to Disney that’s it…

Definitely a value hotel
Pros:

It's convenient. The air conditioner was great.

Cons:

Needs a lot of work. Furniture all scratched up so appearance is bad but still functional.
Cleanliness needs more work. There were stains on the walls and shower curtain.
The lighting in the room is bad.
Shower pressure is bad. There was an ant problem in my room.

Pros:

Only thing good about this place was the location being close to Disneyland

Cons:

No room keeping at all. We stayed 7 nights and they finally changed the bed sheets and gave us new towels on our 6th night which was pointless. Breakfast is raisin bran or cherrios. False advertising. For $1000 it was not worth it.

Pros:

Have stayed in this property before. Motel is close to Disneyland, and central to other hotels where friends were staying.

The only criticism I would have would be that there are not sufficient hooks in the bathroom to hang dry towels or clothes. The nearest hook is about 6 feet away from the tub on the door. The towel rack is about 4 feet from the tub.

Room was great! Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Driving out of the parking lot can be a little difficult depending on the time of day.

Pros:

Walking distance to Disneyland. Can also walk to pixar parking lot and take tram to Disneyland. Room was mostly clean.

Cons:

Not all of the lights worked, the one over the sink kept going on and off, pillows were not comfortable. "Breakfast" is literally just some cereal or small prepackaged muffins.

The temp on day we checked in was 91 and the AC was not on. The room was very hot and humid.
We had to pick up towels, from office in the morning. No cleaning service until check out. We stayed 3 nights.

Just a place to sleep with a hard bed
Pros:

Check in was all done online. The hotel is run down. The room was fairly clean just really old. Everything worked. The soda machine was in-op. The beds are hard and pillows ruff. The basic breakfast was good. The walk to Disneyland is much longer than you might think. Overall, I would probably only stay here again if the price was really REALLY reasonable. It’s just a room when you need a place to sleep and maybe freshen up during the day for a Disney trip. A lot of contractors and other construction workers use this hotel so be warned about that!!
