Everyone was helpful, positive and I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

I enjoyed my whole experience and will return. Onwe small thing for some but major for me is that there are no steps into the pool and I cant use the ladder. Was very diasappointed. If another hotel comes up with steps into the pool I would take it , otherwise I would return to this hotel.

It is in a good location to everything on Regent Ave. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast that was included with our stay was great.

decent stay but could have been a lot better for the price.
Pros:

One housekeeper Tatianna did a wonderful job. Second one was good. Reception was also good

Cons:

Worst a/c unit. so noisy. Felt like we were in a 1970ies motel.
