Lying staff

The reason was staying was the cruise shuttle. I reserved my spot upon arrival a only to find the staff did not put it in the book and then 3 different staff lied about it. So I had to take $40 ubber and while out front desk another guest had a very similar issue. Also the room was only moderately clean. Plus felt like a sleazy neighborhood. When issues where brought to they just got defensive and even rude accusing me of lying
