I had to change rooms three times roaches in my first room, television didn’t work in the second room, and it was just dirty also I have pictures of everything the third room the tile on the floor was sunk in, and I was just tired of being put in something that was as bad as the first, I will not sleep in the bed fear of taking something on my cruise, I’m just exhausted with everything I feel like this has ruined my vacation!!!!!
The room's AC wasn't cooling, there was no maintenance staff to check it, and there were no other rooms to change to. I had a bad night. I also checked out at 12 pm, and a housekeeping staff opened my room at 10:50 am, telling me that checkout was at 11:00 am. The worst experience. In the end, they apologized and offered me a 25% discount, which I think is very little compared to the poor service I received from the hotel.

The person who attended me upon arrival was not at all friendly, always giving bad answers and not being pleasant.
Poor maintenance especially in the room I stayed in. Floor was either leaking water with glue to hold down the flooring or it was sap leaking into the floor and pushing up from the floor either way my foot stuck to the floor. It also had left residual liquid sticky stuff on my luggage as well. House keeping never replaced our towels had to go to customer service to replace them with new ones. Also the tv in our room was not the best of shape either the color was either faded or just greenish blue.
The room was ok but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and filthy. The shower curtain was dirty, the wall in front of the sink was splattered with toothpaste and the entire bathroom was moldy. Just gross…

Too much airplane noise and inconvenient shuttle (every other hour).
We really appreciated the luggage storage prior to check in. That was very helpful. Also the free shuttle to the airport, from the airport and to the cruise port add such great value and will keep us coming back. The room is spacious. We like the friendliness of the employees. The pool water was clean and relaxing. Nice location for walking to restaurants. This hotel does not allow early check ins. We tried to pay extra online to check in at 11am and were told to contact the front desk. That wasn’t ideal but the free luggage storage remedied that.

I could not sleep with the amount of banging and noise coming from the other room. The staff was not pleasant.
Checkin desk was great. Room had long black hairs all over the towels and floors, but clean otherwise. Wifi was almost non existent.
My expectations weren’t too high based on the price, so all and all it was an ok stay.
On a good note I did not end up on a true crime TV show. Only other positive was that the transgendered Shaq look-a-like selling gold jewlery in the parking lot was polite.
Booked for 5 nights but left after 2. The hallways and my room had a very strong, unpleasant smell and the floor carpets looked dirty, no proper isolation between rooms. I prepaid via Expedia; when checking out early the receptionist told me the remaining nights should be refundable through Expedia, but the refund was later refused. Very disappointing and not up to basic cleanliness standards.
