I would not stay there again Price was cheap so I quess you get what you pay for

nos quedamos de paso solo una noche, no incluia desayuno. El hotel lindo, para el fin que fue, al lado del aeropuerto.

Pros:

It was very clean, well supplied with towels, toiletries, pillows, even a cute mini ironing board!

Next to it there's a Subway sandwich restaurant with good breakfast options.

There's a swimming pool shared with another three hotels in the same area.

Cons:

I would only say the parking situation was somewhat challenging but with patience and cunning was eventually resolved! The parking area when at full capacity is a complex maze shared among the three hotels! 😂

Pros:

The room was nice and clean the problem was with air conditioner it didn't cool the room and it made noise. I only need the room for a few hours before my flight took off, that is why I didn't complain.

They really need someone else to be answering the phone, not in front of Customer’s faces that is just unprofessional

The 2 ladies that I seen working at the front desk, repeatedly answer the phone right in front of all the customers face. I’ve never seen such a thing I’ve never seen a hotel receptionist answer the phone in front of your face so many times it’s almost like they do it on purpose.. not to mention on my last day when I went to go pick up my cash deposit the lady at the front desk was talking on her own personal cell phone and didn’t even budge to tell me just a minute or to tell the person on the phone, there’s a costumer in front of her. She just kept talking until I started talking.. and then she tried to tell me that I had to wait to get my deposit because the cleaning ladies were on lunch break. To delay a customer just because the housekeeping ladies are on lunch break? That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.. the place was dirty and disgusting. There was roaches and everything. There’s so many people outside. I have never seen so many people outside.
