Pros:

Localização próxima ao aeroporto no estilo motel americano. Pelo período de grande demanda o preço ficou razoável.

Cons:

O atendimento na recepção lento e burocrático, exigindo caução em espécie ou cartão para devolução com 03 a 07 dias.
Apenas 01 pessoa para atender reserva, fazer check in/ out e ainda vistoria de quarto que nem frigobar tinha.

Nice staff, bugs in the room.
Cons:

The hotel has a problem with bugs right now. I found them in my bed. I think they were termites but I'm not sure. When I pointed this out, the front desk person moved me to the other end of the hotel where I found the same bugs. After I brought this up again, they moved me into another building where I was finally able to fall asleep in a bed that did not have bugs as far as I could tell. I do not believe they were bed bugs. But I did not want them in my luggage and I did not want to risk getting bitten.

Pros:

The staff was helpful. We arrived very late at night and left early for our cruise, so we didn't have time to explore the area. We appreciated the free shuttle service from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port. It saved us much anxiety.

Location was great, close to the airport and other locations. Staff are great, the place is clean, AC works well,

The hotel was sufficient, with good value and convenience, but needs some updated locks on room door
Pros:

The room was satisfactory and a good value for Miami Airport. The main factor was convenience and location and the free shuttle to the cruise port.

Cons:

The lock on my room door did not seem solid enough. The hotel is old and needs some remodeling. However, the room and bathroom were clean.
