Custos Hotel Lubyansky

It's been 1 week. There are staff who do not speak English and are unfriendly. He doesn't even laugh, and he's blunt. When I stayed on the first floor, it was noisy because there was no soundproofing. The second floor room smelled like cigarettes. it was so serious.

People are so unfriendly. They make me feel bad.

Rooms are little bit small. Unfortunately the heating system is not adequate. It was significantly cold.

Отель - нормальный. Особенный эмоций по-поводу гостиницы нет. Все в норме. Расположение гостиницы = 5+!!!!

Отель не отвечает заявленным 4 звёздам, да 3 много. Номера грязные, единственное - каждый день новые полотенца, правда не всегда хорошо стиранные. Завтрак, ужас. Типо заказной в номер, полуфабрикат, кофе тоже так себе. Персонал, граждане соседних республик. Если в командировку, и бронь через агрегатора - отчёт не получите

Vey clean hotel. Perfect location.

Хороший отель в центре около метро. Номера очень маленькие, до достаточно удобные и чистые. Матрас и подушки не очень удобные, одну-две ночи нормально, но больше было бы не комфортно. Есть парковка на территории, что большой плюс.

Отличный Отель в стиле лофт. Отличное расположение.

A very nice and quiet hotel in the very center of the city. The location is fantastic, lots of sightseeing and dining nearby. All the central sites are within walking distance. The room was cozy and testefully decorated: the bed and pillows were good and comfortable. It was quiet. The lighting was a bit dark in the room. The stuff varied: first, we had an indifferent, non-smiling and not particular friendly front desk person; for the second part of our stay we had a marvelous and extremely helpful young man there--and it made a huge difference. We would have appreciated better tea in the room (such a trifle to ask, really) and more access to water to make tea. Otherwise, we had fantastic time at this hotel.

The room was very clean. However on the first night, there was no cover on the pillows - a minor omission but a basic one.
The reception staff don’t speak English very well and are not friendly or accommodating in any way.

The hotel is a brand new renovation of an old brick factory building. Done well and in style.
The rooms are small but very adequate, clean and comfortable.There is also a small fridge, tea and coffee. Great value for the price we payed.
A simple and tasty breakfast is served for an extra fee. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the places of interest, a 2 minute walk from the meeting place of the free tour and the Metro and many bars and restaurants near by. Good WiFi.
All in all I highly recommend this hotel.
