No Frills Motel
Pros:

No frills good motel in Morro Bay. Amazing view of the rock and good location in the city for a reasonable price.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind here! Definitely recommend.

Not as nice as the photos.

Good location. Easy parking.

Cons:

I booked an ocean front room and when I walked in the carpet was badly stained. I also had to sign a waiver to indicate if my dog wrecked anything I would have to pay a high fee. Clearly the stains were from a previous pet, but visibly quite gross and also not good if you have a pet since the smells might set them off.

I was offered a different older ground floor room with no carpet when I went down and mentioned it at the front desk, but there was zero compensation for the change.

Loved the location & value
Pros:

It was close to everything so we could walk to town & shop.

Cons:

I didn’t like that our room cards were deactivated as soon as we woke up on the day of checkout. We weren’t able to get ice or reenter our room with the key & check out was at 11am.

Great place to stay. Definitely come back.
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms. Room has refrigerator that is a good size to fit drinks and some food. Staff is always great. Walking distance to main town.
