Nice accommodation in Morro Bay!
Pros:

Big and clean room with a small balcony facing the bay. It is not steps away from the bay and rock, but we could see it from the balcony. It had a fridge and a microwave and a big and comfortable bed.
The stuff was nice, they gave us a top floor room, away from the street, therefore it was nice and quiet.

Cons:

That fact that they don’t offer breakfast.

Fab stay!
Pros:

Really nice room, set out well and included table and chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Very good bathroom. Very well thought out with everything you need and comfortable bed. Very clean.
Loved the blind too. Would love to come back and stay longer. Beautiful area.

Pros:

Love room size, ease to walking every where.

Cons:

Last few times rooms smell like wet dog and some had dog hair.we sweep and spray fabreeze everywhere which we always spray lysol on items everyone touches. I have weak immune system so it's only does so much but we enjoy staff and motel works great.

Great Stop After Big Sur
Pros:

Location was perfect so close to the rock. Lots of parking spaces were a plus. The bed was so comfy and clean we had a great sleep. Definitely recommend it after a long Big Sur drive
