Clean and comfortable hotel for the money!!!
Pros:

It was clean and well taken care of. The 2 front desk staff personnel were AWESOME, super helpful and polite. Even the cleaning staff were all so polite and accommodating!!! I will definitely stay at this facility again when I return to Steamboat Springs at the end of September and again in January of 2027.

Cons:

There were several rooms that had dogs in them and they barked all night long (Sept 1st). I did not get any sleep at all. To be fair, I don’t think the staff knew that the construction worker staying there had snuck their dogs into the room (we saw them do it by quickly carrying the dogs inside their room and avoiding staff). I will see about room availability when I come back to Steamboat in late September. Off-Season room pricing was very fair and I felt it was a good value for the money spent. Keep up the good work on the property and please retain all your staff because they were so great to deal with (especially Laura the front desk night time lady.

It was ok but overpriced for what it was and would not stay again
Pros:

It was quiet (road noise was minimal) and close to town

Cons:

It was dirty. Floor didn’t look like it was vacuumed. There was no extra toilet paper had to go search through supple closet to get some. The bedding was stained with blood! Visible right underneath the bed sheet.

We took an 8 day trip. new city every night. This hotel was the worst of them all.
Pros:

The room was a decent price. The location is great. They had an ADA room.

Cons:

I don't like being surprised with an extra parking fee on check-in. This was the only hotel on our trip that did that. No elevator. One handicapped parking spot. Super mid continental breakfast. Run down building with a new coat of paint. Small rooms, hot tub was in the hotel next to it so you had to walk across the parking lot to holiday inn. Other stuff I'm not going to detail. For a resort hotel it's pretty bad. We would not go back there again unless it was an incredible deal.

Great place to stay in Steamboat on a budget.
Pros:

Just across the street from the bike path. The breakfast room was nice and bright and comfy.

Cons:

The ac was very very loud. Our room keys didn't work with the back door a few times which was a pain.
