Great place to stay in Steamboat on a budget.
Pros:

Just across the street from the bike path. The breakfast room was nice and bright and comfy.

Cons:

The ac was very very loud. Our room keys didn't work with the back door a few times which was a pain.

When booking this room, we were not told that there was a $12 fee to park our car

There was no bread for toast, no hot water or hot chocolate, tea, or oatmeal. The eggs were cold and watery. No fruit. Grounds in the coffee.

Pros:

Great location at the edge of steamboat with the free bus picking up right out front. Very clean and well maintained. Love that you can use the Holiday Inn gym and pool facilities next door.

Cons:

Bathroom sink was clogged with a ton of hair. Did not like that you had to pay $12 per night for parking for no apparent reason. Waffles were likely supposed to be frozen but tasted thawed and refrigerated instead.

Staff were constantly on their phones, breakfast was very limited with stuffed trash cans, and I can’t get through to staff on the phone to get an invoice.
