A very nice stay
Pros:

Beds were comfy, room a great size. Staff were helpful, I’d stay again.

Pros:

Room was very inviting. Most importantly, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Ashley at the front counter was awesome. Bar staff were great as well.

Cons:

Putting 1 bottled water in the room would be a nice touch. Everything else was great.

Being accused of not paying!
Pros:

A below Everage experience. I have stayed at many different Embassy suites but there was no recognition of the diamond Hilton status and the check-in I was not recognized at all as a diamond member.

Breakfast was good and the meat to order eggs excellent, that was the only positive thing in mystay.

When checking out the front desk, lady was very rude and said to me: you did not pay! Your card declined and you’re trying to get away without paying…. I felt a very embarrassed since I was going to the front desk to physically check out if I would’ve tried to not pay and leave I would’ve sneaked away without going to the front desk.

Not sure if I ever will stay here again since they approached me this rude at the checkout. Also, I would’ve expected some more respect, especially as a Hilton diamond member.
