Breakfast was very nice. Wish it was later!
Only negative that EVERYONE around us mentioned, was they only have two elevators that are extremely slow.
I Stay ed at the Embassy Suites several times and I was not disappointed every time I stay it was clean I like the complimentary drinks they give you this is how a hotel supposed to look and treat you when you're into that building and it was wonderful breakfast was nice because I love the chef that fixed the omelets I enjoy every time
The parking once it feel and you go out and come back you barely hardly can get a
I was really disappointed with the shuttle service and the lack of professionalism. I called to request a pickup from the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport and was told the shuttle was on its way. After waiting 30 minutes with no update, I called again and was told the driver had to go back for something but was now on the way. An hour after my first call, I still hadn’t been picked up or heard anything from them, even though they had my phone number. They also told me my party was the only one waiting for a shuttle, so it wasn’t like they were backed up with multiple pickups.
The last time I called, I was hung up on and never received a call back. After trying multiple times to get an update, I finally gave up and had to pay $20 for an Uber to go an 8-minute drive from the airport. The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable.
Kamila and Anthony rock! Sorted my emergency seamlessly and with smiles!
We stayed here with a large middle school student group. The rooms and facilities were fine, and the breakfast was good. However, the hotel's elevator capacity and stairwell design created a major operational problem.
The elevators were extremely slow, resulting in around 100 students waiting in the small central lobby for an extended period. Because the lobby is open to the guest room floors, I was concerned about disturbing other hotel guests and tried to move the students outside to use the stairwells instead.
Unfortunately, the exterior stairwell doors were locked, and despite asking the front desk to have them opened, it took approximately 10 to 15 minutes because only one employee apparently had access to the necessary keys. During that time, nearly 100 students were left waiting outside.
When I asked management for assistance, I felt the focus was on explaining why the delay occurred and deflecting blame rather than resolving the immediate problem. A better system for accessing the stairwells or additional staff with the necessary keys would have prevented the situation.
If you're traveling as an individual or family, you may never encounter this issue. However, if you're staying with a large school, sports, or tour group, I'd recommend choosing a hotel with faster elevators or more accessible stairwells. This hotel simply isn't designed to move large groups efficiently.
Dirty bathrooms and bathtub. Non-Stop Noise. The walls are paper-thin. We could clearly hear guests in the next room coughing, and people were talking loudly at 1:00 AM right outside our door. The kids got absolutely no rest.Horrible Service and Amenities:The staff actively ignored us and were completely unhelpful. The main elevators were incredibly slow and visibly filthy.Subpar Dining The breakfast was a disaster. Because they were severely understaffed, we had to wait 40 minutes just to get a single omelet. We were treated poorly and had an unpleasant guest experience. After years of loyalty, we are now seriously considering dropping our membership Hilton.
Staff was excellent, rooms was great.
Me and my family stayed here for two nights as a quick stopover before we headed to Port Canaveral for a Cruise.
Our first experience was great as we took advantage of the free shuttle bus from the airport. A quick call to the hotel reception and the driver was on his way to get us, a quick turnaround and we were in the hotel all checked in and in our rooms within 45 minutes of exiting the airport.
The hotel was very reasonably priced with a prebooked rate so wasn't expecting much, however the suite rooms are huge and plenty of space for the five of us. The room was clean, tidy and welcoming after a long flight out to florida. The shower was also good, with decent water pressure, something a lot of hotels struggle with.
After our long flight, we opted to eat in the hotel. With happy hour between 5 and 6.30pm we had 4 free alcoholic drinks - you get two per adult per night of your stay - and complimentary sodas, we were refreshed and dehydrated after our travels and all free of charge which was an awesome surprise. The food in the hotel was also reasonably priced and of good quality. We had a selection of pizza, burgers, pasta, quesidillas and tacos, no complaints from anyone apart from there being too much food, something we have yet to be accustomed to in America. All in all a perfect first night of our holiday.
With one free day in the hotel before we headed out to our cruise, we went for breakfast before spending time by the pool. Breakfast was also complimentary, and although it was a standard buffet affair, it was tasty and the fresh made omelettes were very good. I would say the breakfast was a cut above your usual complimentary buffet.
Our experience to this point was overall positive, however, it was the staff going above and beyond in the morning straight after breakfast that turned this into an exceptional experience. My son had accidently left his mouth braces wrapped in a napkin and forgot to pick them up (of course he forgot his brace box - teenagers hey!). The napkin was cleared away with the rest of the leftovers, with no way for the restaurant staff to know about the braces, so of course they were discarded in the trash. After about 10-15 minutes by the pool my son remembered his braces were left, after a panic and a rush going back to the restaurant the manager assured us it happens all the time and he'd sort for us (not sure that is true, but he did a good job of making is not feel like fools). He spent maybe five minutes digging through the trash with no luck. He advised us to go and enjoy our day and he'd look through the other trash and contact our room if they were found. Honestly I thought they were gone, no chance of finding them in the massive amounts of trash and food waste they would have to go through. There was of course the huge embarrassment of asking someone to dig through trash - there aren't many people who would assure you it was no problem whilst wrist deep in waste looking for something you'd lost - then there was the realisation that it was going to cost me the best part of £200 to replace them.
Anyway, we went to pool to then chill for the day, residing ourselves to the fact that we'd have to replace the braces. The pool was reasonably sized, and we had it to ourselves all morning. Again, a really relaxing start to our holiday. After about an hour relaxing the manager came out to us, and believe it or not he had the braces 😁. They had to dig through three trash cans and by all accounts a few members of staff had been looking. I think they were near giving up, we were told Enedelia had persisted and found them! A huge thank you to the team in the restaurant for persisting and finding them, as I said, above and beyond. Also a sincere apology for you having to dig through the trash.
Thank you so much for a great start to our holiday and going above and beyond. A special thanks for Enedelia as well.
Kamila was awsome. I had 4 rooms and she took care of them all. She greeted me with a smile as she talked to me.Just like she knew me. Thank you
