Pros:

Service at the bar (while super, super busy, they were very attentive). Breakfast: many options, good coffee. The happy hour, 2 complimentary drinks, is a plus. And, the best of all: the housekeeping service was outstanding!

The stay was pleasant and the airport shuttle was very accommodating. The employees were very good.

There was a strange order in my room and my daughter's room, the employees were very professional and courteous.

Cons:

NO WHERE DID IT SAY THE POOL WAS NOT INSERVICE .ALTGOUGH WE WERE ABLE TO WALK TO A NEIGHBORING HOTEL TO UTILIZE THEIR POOL I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO HAVE THAT INFO PRIOR TO BOOKING FOR MY OWN OPTIONS
