Great short stay of great value!
Pros:

Easy to get to, great location, lovely decor, fab staff, the breakfast was tasty, we had tea the night before & it was excellent. Very clean, comfortable room with no issues.

Cons:

The shower nozzle & temperature gauge was a bit loose but the shower itself was fine!

Great location, friendly staff, nice room. Would stay again
Pros:

Location was good. Nice to have a pool. Ticked all the boxes without being outstanding. Staff were helpful. Would stay again as it’s reasonably priced and is in a good location.

Cons:

Nothing really, could probably do with modernising

Good comfortable stay, reception staff friendly.
Pros:

Reception staff were great, informative and friendly. Hotel was Affordable and location was good for what we needed.

Cons:

The restaurant staff member,
older gent, was abrupt and rude when I was wanting to order food for the family. It was not the service I expected.
Being automatically charged a service fee when asked for the bill is cheeky! To receive a tip great customer service needs to be delivered, it wasn’t, on this occasion.

Weekend in Chester
Pros:

Brilliant location just across the road from the park&ride into Chester. Room was spacious and comfortable. We prepaid for a daily breakfast and was so glad we did, it was delicious.

Pros:

Pool and jacuzzi

I love the soap and lotion provided

Cons:

The rooms are too far. My parents were exhausted in walking to get to our room. The tele was not working and Was not sorted during our stay. I rang the reception they told us they will come around but no one came.

Cons:

There was a crack in the sink in the bathroom.
My son wanted to play in the little garden but there were a few male adults playing Jenga and smoking and drinking about 11 this morning. He didn't feel comfortable so we went inside to play.
