The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and in a good location for the event I was attending. Plenty of parking.
The window in the room was mouldy and clearly damp. The AC didn't work so the room was too hot and we had to have the fan on all night. The signage is poor to navigate around all the corridors.

The staff were excellent from check in to check out.
Mark in the restaurant was exceptional for beyond customer care.
Standard room good tho did not have superking bed.
Very good members of staff ,all very friendly and helpful they deserve better surroundings.
The whole building needs knocking down and rebuilding.

Location was fine, staff were lovely and although an obvious old hotel it was very clean
The food was not great. We had fish and chips. It was incredibly overcooked and we struggled to eat it. Although the room was clean, they had overdone it with the air freshener to the point it set my asthma off, was really clogging and when we left the next day everything smelled of it, clothes, hair it even seemed to cling to your skin.
