Frühstück war ausreichend, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Parkplätze ohne Gebühr ,
Das war nicht der gewohnte Standart was ich von einem Holiday Inn erwarte. Zu den Zimmern zu kommen läuft man hier wie in einem Irrgarten rum das nervt . Kein Kühlschrank am Zimmer obwohl in der Zimmerkategorie bei Booking com angegeben . Es gibt noch ein Holiday In in Chester das werde ich nächstes Mal buchen.

The Staff in reception,bar,gym were all first class.
The room was near to the reception and restaurant and on the first floor. The latter was a request upon booking..thanks.
The bar food was exactly as per Holiday Inn UK menu....well done kitchen!
Some small maintenance issues in the room. Outside paintwork very neglected/tired.
Breakfast juice watery......picky really.

The breakfast was lovely the veggie sausage was delicious and there was a good range. The staff were lovely and super helpful
The room smelled like must and cigarette smoke. It was supposed to be a disabled room but the shower was still over the bath which my disabled mum couldn't get in. For someone who doesn't drive it was really out of the way

We had a great one night stay at the Holiday Inn South Chester. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size. The hotel had seen our request for a cot and had one set up in the room. The hotel was also quiet so we were able to sleep in peace. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and gym. We were able to go to the Park and Ride and 15 mins into Chester so the location was perfect!
The outside looks a little tired, however, inside the hotel was nicely decorated.
