Cons:

Room was not what we had booked. Noise from upper floor all night. From last time we were here the food had got worse.
We booked and paid for 3 days including breakfast and evening meal and left after two days. The room we had booked was one with a roll in shower for my disabled wife. The room we got was a bathroom with a shower over bath, when I pointed it out that a roll in shower is not what is in the room they tried saying that is is booking .com fault for the advert. I said that you give the site the information not the site make up the information. We will not be staying again we go for chester zoo next time another hotel.

Great location but lacking in warmth
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, lacked choice, "hot" items weren't very hot (plates cold) and breakfast staff a bit surly

Vary good stay. Staff where lovely.

Staff very friendly, nice hotel. Vary good breakfast

Cons:

The room was lacking, floor very creaky, mold around sealant on window, bed sheet had a brown stane. No mattress protector. But mattress very clean. No handle bar on shower for people with mobilty problems. Room a little cold. Room was average.

Pros:

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The bar area was comfortable with a good range of drinks on offer. Checking in was quick and seemless with everything we needed to know passed on clearly.

Cons:

The fruit juice at breakfast was like water and the bacon was overcooked. The kettle in the room overflowed despite not even being half full and the milk was off!

Apart from Breakfast, overall great value for money an joyable stay.
Pros:

Room was good, it could do with a main light. Dinner was very good and service was first class. Reception was fantastic with where every was and other information. Breakfast was poor, scrambled eggs were cold, bacon was wafer thin cold, and so hard i could not cut it, sausage was not apealing.

Good location and adequate accommodation
Pros:

Good position to visit my son and to get to Chester. Room was comfortable

Cons:

No fridge in room. Air conditioning not very efficient. Didn’t clean room once. Breakfast eggs often hard and scrambled eggs dry. Restaurant dinner menu not changed in a while and meals too big
