Good location let down by poor catering and a tired pool area.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Avoid eating in the restaurant. My wife and I waited over an hour before giving up and cancelling our order. Our dinner that night was a cold sandwich from the garage next door! Breakfast was not much better with the four or so staff standing in a huddle chatting about their weekend instead of attending to the empty milk machine, toaster which was set too high, and a group of Chinese guests who needed help with the coffee machine. Also, the pool are is a little unclean and poorly maintained. There was grit/dirt in the hot tub and there was sticky tape filling the gaps in the metal window frames.

Management problem
Cons:

Booked a dinner b&b. Waited an hour and a half after ordering our meal to find out the order hadn't been placed at all. With 2 children under 3 you can imagine the stress this caused. We also were told we had to move rooms as the 1 we were originally put in only had a double bed not the 1 double 1 single that was originally book. All in all a bad experience will never go back. The staff were very interesting when the problems were pointed out but there is a real lack of management. The 5th hotel we have stayed at this week and by far the worst experience.

Wouldn’t stay again with children if the lifts weren’t working . And would make sore the bathroom was for for purpose
Pros:

Looked nice and beds were comfortable.Dining and bar staff were lovely .

Cons:

Lift not working so had to carry the baby ( who was having a feed by pump as he is gastro fed) in the pram up two flight of stairs as well as luggage then take a very long walk to our room . Husband had to fix the shower this morning as the water was coming out the back pipe not the shower head . Plug behind tap in the sink didn’t work and water didn’t go down so when we removed the plug by hand to clean our teeth all brown stuff came up into the sink . When I told staff they just said oh sorry we will get someone to look at it .

Pros:

Has all facilities, just way too busy to properly enjoy the facilities…

Cons:

Long wait for someone to attend waiting guests at reception and bar. Very loud breakfast room, not what you want if you’re still waking up.. very small gym
