Cons:

Uns wurde eine Servicegebühr belastet, dafür dass wir das Schild «do not disturb» an der Tür hatten. Wir wollten eigentlich, dass das Reinigungspersonal unser Zimmer nicht reinigen muss... dafür eine Gebühr zu verlangen finden wir absurd und haben wir noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt.

Dissapointing for the price.
Pros:

Nice location and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Food and drink were excellent. Everything was clean and tidy.

Cons:

At £175 pn I expect everything to be working when I arrive. The air con started shrieking at us (you can’t open the windows) the radiator roared when it kicked in. Room 24 is next to the lift so we had guests standing outside our door talking. The sealant in the shower was split and the shower trap didn’t drain fast enough so you had to keep stopping the shower. All reported to reception and air con was fixed but..
Bed was awful. Far too hard.
The free gin was less than one measure. Why bother?
Prices of everything far too high.

Good location for exploring Padstow
Pros:

Staff on the whole friendly, breakfast was basic but the over night oats and apricots where very nice

Cons:

Car park too tight, ended up using the lower car park on last day and was very difficult to get in, and exiting at the bottom exit too tight, damaged my car
