Superb. Could not have been better.
Pros:

The room was fantastic - huge, light and airy, with view over the estuary and door directly onto garden. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Hotel had all the necessary facilities and a lovely breakfast room with views.

Cons:

Nothing.

Location and decoration inside was good staff very friendly

Cons:

Outside and windows need updating/restoring having to pay for upgrade in breakfast as other hotels in the area don’t do this.

Lovely Padstow stay.
Pros:

Location and we managed to get into the car park. Our room had a lovely view of the estuary. Sunday lunch was fabulous.

Cons:

Three of the top floor estuary view rooms don’t have a view unless you’re standing up and then you have an overhang in front of the windows. I asked to move to a ‘proper view’ and they did move us. Please stop charging for cappuccinos at the included breakfast. It’s not a specialty coffee these days so just include it in the price. If you charge more than £250 a room per night you can just include it!

Fabulous staff, friendly and obliging. Brilliant situation.
Pros:

Happy to be moved to a room with walk in shower rather than bath we were allocated

Cons:

No bath mat. Room not made up at all on one day. Water and biscuits not replaced.

Great staff and amazing food at the party on Saturday night.
Pros:

Parking area was quite overgrown so difficult to get into and out of car( far side - enormous weeds)

a lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The location is excellent . The staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed and yet everything is of a high standard

Cons:

The parking ! Going through the arch to the lower car park and back again is enough to send your blood pressure haywire !

A little nippy as single glazed window in bedroom. Also bathroom window painted closed.

Location great and staff very kind and helpful

Cons:

Noise in room - could hear people next door talking loudly at 5am. Also unaware of tea/drinks in the room / only found next morning in wardrobe and unaware of room service for light snacks ie sandwich as menu placed on drawer.
