Prime location very much enjoyed
Nothing
The whole night I couldn't sleep as there was constant noise which sounded like windows banging, and furniture pulled across wooden floor. It was a completely sleepless night
Location and restaurant and service
Extremely disgusting smell in our room on ground level , sewage smell was making em wretch in the morning trying to brush my teeth !
Notified staff who seemed surprised but didn’t offer any
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great location. Big comfy beds, rooms nicely decorated.
We felt the additional £10 to upgrade to a cooked breakfast was a little disappointing as the stay was pretty pricey. Also, there was a wedding on the Saturday, loud music, we were lucky as our room was at the back of the hotel, but we would have been annoyed if we were nearer to it.

View of Car Park
Most comfortable 😊
Only one lift for such a large hotel🤷🏼♂️
Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het continentaal ontbijtbuffet was hemels.
Great location and excellent hotel
Not much
Hotel room was excellent., staff were friendly and helpful. . Location was great for exploring the area . .Restaurant had a great selection of food. .
Nothing to dislike!
Really liked the location as close to the harbour and all the town amenities. The staff at the hotel were great. All of the ones that we interacted were were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast selection.
The room was a garden room, which was not an issue. However it only had a door that could take you out to the garden as a ventilation point as no other windows available. This became an issue when we arrived and were only then notified that a wedding reception is happening right outside in the garden. When we arrived to the room we couldn’t open a door with weather being scorching that day as the wedding party were sat right in front of the door. This became an issue throughout our stay as there was not a clear sign that was letting other people know the seats outside our door were a part of our room. There were people sitting right in front of the door multiple times which made us not able to open the blinds or open the door. This took any sort of privacy away from the stay . Another issue that we had encountered was a sewage smell from the toilet on a daily basis which with us not being able to ventilate the room was not acceptable. When we arrived in the hotel a staff member was talking to another guest who was complaining about the wedding and was told that the hotel was fully booked so a room change wasn’t possible, so we knew there was nothing that could be done for us. This made it harder as we had paid for a nice stay and ended up in a closed up room in a massive heatwave with a sewage smell as a 3rd guest.
Good location, room good but very small under staff
Dinner on first night waited ages for order to be taken and breakfast first day was very busy, had to wait for an table and food for continental breakfast was not replenished
