That use of the spa was included in price which we did not realise

Cons:

That the TV's were not working in most rooms which was fine but would liked to have been informed prior as we had travelled far.

Pros:

Wasn't in there for long the staff I met were helpful and friendly room clean and comfy.
Only complaint was tv Wasn't working properly.
But didn't complain about it so partly my own falt

Pros:

Reception were great and managed to sort out the twin room we had booked for the Saturday night

Cons:

the location of the restaurant was unclear, we ended up in some used function room to the left of the bar, this was a total mess, when we did locate the restaurant on Friday evening it too was a mess with tables left uncleared, service of a starter and main taking over 3 hours.
Breakfast on the Saturday morning was greeted by a girl almost shouting at us for being a few minutes early. Where are the manners gone? Sunday morning was much improved, with tables being cleared and cleaned as vacated, as you would expect

Nice hotel, in need of TLC
Pros:

The restaurant area was very modern the views of the garden were lovely. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was great. The rooms were very nice, clean and modern too. The staff were helpful, kind and made us feel welcome.

Cons:

The carpets in the corridor we're in need of repair. The garden area was lovely to look out too. But garden furniture looked abandoned. The TV was not working in the room. We would have liked to watch a movie.

Relaxing location, nice and quiet

Cons:

Sofa bed matress was very thin, every spring could be felt.
Family room booked, but not enough cups or tea bags for 3.
TV not working first day, reported, new tv put in room, but if you went anywhere near it, it switched off.
Breakfast was dry/overcooked.

Pros:

The location was great, we went for a swim which was lovely and chilled in our room until check out which was 12 so we didn’t need to rush.
Breakfast was ok, would be better if they had honey

Cons:

No EV charging near by or at the property. Shame they were having TV issues

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel for a one night stay

Cons:

Not enough staff at breakfast.staff who were working covering for absent staff who couldn't be bothered to turnup
