Location and parking.
Blood on bedding.
Air con not working, room 34 Deg on arrival, radiator on full wack, windows shut. Turned rad off, put air con but it didn't work. Windows opened and had to be left open all the time.
Breakfast and location was very good
Room was more run down than I hoped
Was told no hot water so didn’t try pool area or shower on arrival
However, we chose a cheap deal so I guess we got what we paid for, clean but very tired
Staff didn't tell me there was going to be maintenance happening outside my room and my air conditioning wasn't working
Friendly staff, good food, and the place was spick and span throughout. I've stayed at this one a good few times now... never had a bad stay here.
Me being the introvert/ borderline hermit that i am... i love to get room service rather than venture down to the restaurant, its one of the first things that will have me thinking "i'll be back here next time". This time I couldn't get through to the restaurant on the phone, they must've had their phone off the hook because when I went down to order a meal I expected the place to be packed, mercifully it was practically empty... I was over the moon being able to pick a table way down the bottom corner away from anyone... I just can't do noise or crowds.

Everything was perfect for what we needed for. Even used the room service as we couldn't be arsed sitting in after a full day of shopping and it was great. Can't wait to stay here again
Toilets in reception were in a bit of a state. Corridors to rooms needed clearing of plates etc.

It's a very large hotel with 5 storeys of accommodation. There was only one small lift to service the rooms and it was tucked away unobtrusively and therefore diffult to locate.

Great location, plenty of parking, lovely bar and entrance area. Manager on duty was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Bedrooms and corridors need some TLC. Both decoration and cleanliness. Pool area needs brightened up, changing facilities were good but not clean.
