E’ stato veramente un ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Posizione centrale non lontano dalla Medina. I servizi sono di alto livello e l’hotel è molto bello.
Ottima la colazione.

Cons:

L’unico difetto è che la temperatura in camera era alta e non sono riuscito ad abbassarla con l’apposito strumento.

Beuatiful, welcoming hotel.
Pros:

We were here for 3 nights. On arrival our rooms had a beautiful array of fruits and cookies waiting for us. Breakfast was amazing. It includes both Moroccan favorites and more Western style breakfast items and the breads are to die for. We ate in the "sports bar" and also in the main dining room and the food was excellent in both. We also had spa treatments that were very good.

Cons:

We were here during Ramadan and things may be differect at other times - but, the cocktail / wine list and availability is very iffy. We had an excellent bottle of wine ine night that we discovered only because the two wines that were on the menu were not available. And the next night the bottle we loved was not available. The location seems a little industrial.

Exquisite venue, location and cuisine.
Pros:

It is a dream location. I enjoyed the hospitality and very generous service. There is a spa and Hammam on-site. It is centrally located and access to much of the city and airport is easy.

Cons:

I did not like that I had to leave.

Très jolie établissement personnel très discret et serviable dans les restaurants
Pros:

Le spa si vous aimez le hammam et les massages il faut demander Mme Gharita c'est une très bonne masseuse très professionnel et attentif à la demande des clientes .

Cons:

Un magnifique établissement dommage que le service l'étage ne suis pas car vous trouvez au milieu de la journée encore les plateau-déjeuner que traîne dans les coins des couloirs.

Le service et le personnel sont exceptionnels , du voiturier en passant par la réception , le service au restaurant, le room service …. Vraiment le personnel de l’hôtel est une mine d’or !!!
Je remercie Mr Abdelilah à la réception avec qui j’ai partagé un vrai moment d’échange intellectuel.
