Our stay was good, the hotel is really well located, it is clean, and the personnel is nice and professional. Also, the breakfast was excellent! However, we had a very bad experience at the Spa. We booked some massages and the 2 ladies made us feel very uncomfortable, the massage was not really professional and the ladies were really insistent for us to give tips... knowing that the massage was already expensive. A very bad moment there. Apart from that, the hotel was great (a special thanks to the 2 men working at the door and helping us with the luggage, I don´t know their names but they were really nice and helpful!!).

El hotel está muy bien en general, la habitación muy limpia, el personal muy majo y profesional, y el desayuno está muy rico. Los dos chicos que nos ayudaron con las maletas al llegar han sido majísimos y muy profesional. Simplemente, no recomiendo el Spa (a ver detalles en la parte de lo que no nos gustó).
Hemos tenido una experience muy mala y negativa en el Spa. Las dos masajistas nos dieron masajes muy poco profesional, nos sentimos muy incomodos, y insistieron muchísimo para que los diéramos propinas. No recomiendo el Spa... ha sido un desastre la verdad.

There was one funny waiter named Mustapha who we enjoyed along with Saima.

L’unico difetto è che la temperatura in camera era alta e non sono riuscito ad abbassarla con l’apposito strumento.

We were here for 3 nights. On arrival our rooms had a beautiful array of fruits and cookies waiting for us. Breakfast was amazing. It includes both Moroccan favorites and more Western style breakfast items and the breads are to die for. We ate in the "sports bar" and also in the main dining room and the food was excellent in both. We also had spa treatments that were very good.
We were here during Ramadan and things may be differect at other times - but, the cocktail / wine list and availability is very iffy. We had an excellent bottle of wine ine night that we discovered only because the two wines that were on the menu were not available. And the next night the bottle we loved was not available. The location seems a little industrial.
