Our stay at the Tour Hassan Palace was amazing. I rarely leave reviews, but the staff were so welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. From reception to housekeeping, restaurant, and pool service, everyone made us feel really looked after throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service — I’d recommend it 100%.

The hotel itself is classy but room rates not worth $300/night.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast at the hotel restaurants because the prices were somewhat expensive (350mad p/p).

Cons:

Booked 3 nights stay at this hotel. Check in process was terrible. Arrived just after 2pm hoping for an early check in for perhaps 2.30pm to 2.45pm. Instead, only received room keys at about 3.45pm.
Also, room booked was for city view. Turns out that city view overlooks dirt field and also overlooking back of residential buildings with ugly washing lines and roof top antennas.

Mostly good. Front desk and front door staff are quite lax/cold. Servers in restaurants are great.
