Fire drill at 1am
Did not have a good stay at this Fairfield , which I have stayed at many Marriott hotels as we travel often and we where very disappointed had multiple issues (shower/bathtub not draining) which we reported two times to hotel staff and they were unable /didn’t fix during our stay (which was several nights). Fire alarm went off in the middle of night and had to be evacuated outside for 20mins until we could go back in after fire department came (never saw or spoke to hotel staff ) this was very disappointing .
It was a nice stay

For some reason, this property is simply put, a dump. They have raked a leaf in quite a while. The inside rooms are very old. The elevator is the size of a small closet. The floors inside the rooms are uneven due to obvious water damage.
The staff is friendly, but this hotel needs to be knocked down and redone.
Also, it appears that there is a restaurant next-door, but it looks like it is abandoned.
There are numerous broken down old cars in the parking lot with flat tires and covered in dirt, they have obviously been there for months.
I’m surprised the city code enforcement has not come down and abated this property. THIS IS A DUMP.
the parking was great, and it was a nice quiet place. i didn't get to try the breakfast.
Tho Camode would not flush good
Took 3 Try’s
After reading numerous horror stories I admit I was fearing the worst especially as a long time Bonvoy member. The experience exceeded all expectations I had. Maybe it was the room? I’m not sure but room 301 looked to be renovated and had a large LG TV, bathroom/shower was up to date and no visible issues in the room. Breakfast was an outstanding variety considering it’s free and plenty of items to pack for the day or snacks. They said no room service as I was only here for two nights but I came back after work and the room was tidied up and fresh towels. Felt bad as I normally tip but didn’t so I’ll make it up to them. WiFi at first did seem spotty but I’ve been working for hours on end with no disruption. If you’re streaming I’m sure the complimentary WiFi will lag. Only negative is the shower water temperature, it’s not very hot. All in all I’d be doing a disservice to not rate this place well. Oh they let me check in at 1030 AM after an early flight. Thanks!
Bed was comfortable and room was clean and cozy! Carol and Ellis were awesome and super accommodating! Had some issues with a company credit card and the front desk staff were super friendly, helpful, and courteous. Awesome service AND great morale always smiling and infectious with it.
I found a roach in the dining room area of my room.
The room was nice. The carpet and furnishings need upgrading.

## Ellis - A Dallas Hotel Concierge Extraordinaire
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service
During my recent stay in Dallas, Ellis transformed what could have been an ordinary hotel visit into an extraordinary experience. His profound knowledge of the city and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly set him apart.
Ellis wasn't just a typical hotel staff member; he was a local expert and invaluable resource. Whether I needed recommendations for dining, help arranging transportation, or insights about Dallas attractions, he consistently went above and beyond. His thoughtful approach and extensive local knowledge made navigating the city seamless and enjoyable.
What impressed me most was Ellis's ability to personalize recommendations. He didn't just provide generic suggestions, but tailored his advice to my specific interests and needs. His recommendations were spot-on, helping me discover hidden gems I would have otherwise missed.
The hotel's service quality was significantly elevated by Ellis's presence. He embodied professional hospitality at its finest - knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.
For anyone visiting Dallas, I cannot recommend Ellis highly enough. He's not just a concierge; he's a local guide who will make your stay memorable and stress-free.
Highly recommended!
It was fantastic to go to and from DFW airport with a comfortable shuttle driven by Ellis who was extremely friendly, humorous, accommodating, knowledgeable and responsible! Glad to leave this review. Can't wait to come back and explore!
Monica and her staff provided me with some of the friendliest, most efficient service I’ve ever received from a hotel. While attending a workshop for a week, it can be hard being away from my family. Being made to feel at home was very appreciated. Highly recommended!
Horrible experience. They checked in somone else in my name bypassing id check etc.
i was suppose to checkin thru a priceline reservation however at front desk i was told that someone checked in my name and they cant do anything.they denied me checkin and resolving the issue.
Customer was left to sort this out on own with 3rd party with no help or proactive investigation from the hotel team.
In the end, it turned out to be a blunder from their fromt desk team in checking in some other person in my name. How can you they checkin someone else without id check
I am a regular customer. Really bad experience, its not about the mistake but that the general manager too made no effort to investigate and fix, shows their attitude towards customers. And most of their rooms and not noise proof so you cant sleep at night with all the traffic right at your ears.
Room.was clean maid service acceptable staff pleasant. Breakfast was great.
Me and my family were here because of the winter storm and the customer service was very helpfull and nice even though me and my family kept asking multiple questions Brandon B. Was such a big help and really was very considerate when it came to us and is making our stay way much better 😁👍
Breakfast was very good.
Shout out to Dewey Trameil, perhaps the friendliest, most helpful, and polite concierge this world has ever known. It was great from start to finish, and I had a special request that you went out of his way to help me on and I really appreciate it. Great guy and great property!
After staying the first night, we noticed a hole under the ac window unit that was just covered with the carpet. I noticed when I walked over there and almost fell. There was a catch pan under the ac unit, so assuming there was a recent leak which destroyed the floor. It is not a small damaged area either and led up to the wall with a hole under the wall. At that point, we didn’t have time to make a big deal about it and move rooms or hotels. We told the lady at front desk when checking out and were told that they would tell the manager and the manager would call me. I never received any call, just noticed later they only charged half. The room is a literal hazard and the manager couldn’t be bothered to reach out. Not to mention the first night staying in that room, I started having a horrible allergy reaction to what I assume is mold under that floor.
However, the staff at the front desk were always nice.
