A wonderful location for a relaxing getaway
Pros:

The hotel is in a scenic location, has wonderful facilities and very friendly staff. Our stay left us feeling very relaxed, we loved everything about it.

The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room area. Not even for a cup of coffee.

Beautiful landscape, outstanding kitchen
Pros:

Beautiful landscape, excellent staff, delicious food. Saunas are really good, nice pools. There great programs organized by the hotel.

Cons:

I am a bit sensitive to the cold, for me the outdoor pools were cold. The bathroom door was made from glass.

Loved everything!! Got an upgrade to a suite, enjoyed every moment in this hotel and definitely want to come back.

Hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende
Pros:

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Wellness- und Ruheräume sind sehr schön, das Highlight ist der Infinity Skypool.
Abends empfiehlt es sich in der Bergfried-Alm vorbeizuschauen, dort hatten wir sehr viel Spaß.
Im Winter sollte man beachten, dass auf der Anfahrtsstraße Schneeketten-Pflicht herrscht (Man sollte zumindest welche im Auto mit sich führen, damit man keinen Stress mit der Polizei bekommt, welche laut Aussage vom Team auch ganz gerne kontrolliert)
