Very nice hotel, great location for our stay, as we were able to walk to dinner on both occasions.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, maybe some bacon would be nice. Waffles are always good ! Juices, coffee were very good. The couple taking care of and working the breakfast were very good ! I apologize for nor making note of their names.

It was a great stop before a cruise
Pros:

Breakfast was fine - many choices. The area was walkable to restaurants. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Our room was great, I opted for the larger room with a couch. We were very comfortable.

Basically good.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I did not receive my wake up call. If I had not set my own alarm, I would have missed my flight. No trash can in bathroom area, no shampoo so I couldn’t wash my hair, no light over shower, and no exhaust fan in bathroom.

I appreciate the kindness I received when I was in a difficult travel situation by myself.
Pros:

Juan at the front desk took good care of me after I was stranded in Orlando with no luggage. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Bed pillows too soft and lobby furniture was pretty sparse.
