Juan at the front desk took good care of me after I was stranded in Orlando with no luggage. Breakfast was good.

Great location with quick access/ free shuttle to the airport. Good value for room with reasonable cost for trip to/ from cruiseport.

Close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Rooms were clean and comfortable; bed very comfortable too.

Initial mix -up reserving our evening departure; in the end, not an issue as shuttle driver was amazing and got us to the airport well in time. A hotel daypass option for evening flights might be a good service feature to consider.

Would definitely look to stay again in the future.

The 8 of us arrived early, but the friendly desk clerk readily stored our luggage so that we may investigate nearby surroundings unencumbered until our rooms were ready. For the sole night we were here, we found the rooms to be clean, the beds to be comfortable, and the showers hot with a strong flow. Rates were reasonable and, as a bonus, they provided free shuttle to the airport. We had no issues while here.

I was issued a parking pass at check-in and placed it visibly inside my vehicle. Overnight, my car was towed.

I had to take a $60 Uber to retrieve my vehicle and pay $217 to get it back.

When I contacted the hotel, I was told the pass “should have been on the dash” and visa le was not good enough, even though that was never communicated to me when the pass was issued. The tone immediately shifted to blaming me rather than addressing the fact that I was a paid guest with a valid parking permit.

The towing company confirmed they receive compensation from the property for tows. Reading other reviews here, it is clear this is not an isolated incident.

What is most concerning is not the mistake, but how it was handled. There was no accountability, only deflection.

If you stay here and pay for parking, be extremely cautious. Make sure your pass is taped to the dash and documented, because if something goes wrong, you may be left paying for it.

This was a very disappointing experience at a Marriott property and not what I expect from the brand.

Lady who worked the front desk overnight had the absolute best customer service. I wish I'd written down her name so I could have recognized her directly. She was helpful and pleasant, coordinated a shuttle for us the next morning and had breakfast bags waiting for our early flight. Remarkable and she'll be the reason we stay in future if in the Orlando area!

Came in late(2am). Check in was a breeze. Bath towels were dirty with something on them.

Room was great. Really enjoyed the hot tub! Breakfast was better and healthier than most breakfast buffets.

Clean, well appointed & furnished property and friendly skilled staff. Water pressure on third floor was low. and it took long time to get hot water, but that was minor issue. Whenever we need hotel at Orlando Airport we will be staying with you!
