Nice and remodeled property with a great shuttle to airport. Pretty good breakfast included.

Room was great. Really enjoyed the hot tub! Breakfast was better and healthier than most breakfast buffets.

Clean, well appointed & furnished property and friendly skilled staff. Water pressure on third floor was low. and it took long time to get hot water, but that was minor issue. Whenever we need hotel at Orlando Airport we will be staying with you!

Wonder why I was given a handicap room which I am fit.

This hotel was extremely accomodating, friendly staff, Juan and Cedi and of course the housekeeping staff. The rooms were immaculately clean and well stocked with products. The pool water was cold but that's because of the weather, but the hot tub was the right temp. Breakfast was a buffet of nutricious food and a wide assortment of hot foods too. I was just arriving when I found out that my flight for the next day was cancelled along with thousands of other visitors to the area. Fortunately, there was availability for the next 2 nights so that I could stay and not have to go looking for another hotel. Plently of restaurants in the area to eat at and I will be staying there again. HIghly recommended.

Clean rooms with a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance. Walgreens nearby, but a bit of a walk. Staff all pleasant, breakfast adequate before our travels.

Very clean and comfortable rooms plus the airport shuttle was timely and the driver got us to the airport on time and in the right location. We would stay here again. The price per room was also great.

I'd give this hotel ZERO Stars, if I could. I booked a room for the night of January 23rd, with mobile check-in and mobile key, so I could bypass the front desk. I had a 7 am flight out of MCO the next morning. At 4:30am I went to drive to the airport, and my car was gone from the Fairfield Inn parking lot, the hotel had it towed.

Apparently during the online booking process, there is a step to chose "No parking fee". I missed this step and the system defaults to "No Vehicle". The system SHOULD have prompted me to make an entry prior to completing the check-in.

I have left 2 detailed messages with the hotel General manager, with NO reply. I emailed the General manager and received a reply from the Assistant GM stating it's my fault for not checking the box that I had a vehicle with me.
I have sent an email to Marriott corporate, and they have assigned a case number to it.
This Fairfield Inn have NO customer service and plainly doesn't give a damn that they have cost me hundreds of dollars and well hours of my time and stress.

I have NO plans to ever use an Marriott hotel again in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located, well kept and clean. Excellent service at front desk and transportation. Rooms are spacious and with the necessary amenities.

Very nice hotel. Superior complimentary breakfast. Convenient to several restaurants within easy walking distance.

The staff were patient, professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable; breakfast was heart and included many choices.
