Close to shopping. Ready to get to.
Room was not cleaned, bed made, etc while we were out for an entire day. When I called front desk about towels, (as we had put some on floor to be replaced, and weren't)I had to go down and get them myself from the employee on duty.
For the most part the hotel was clean. However, I didn't see cleaning staff the entire two days we were there. I saw a plastic lid on the floor in our hallway, when we checked in, and it was still there when we left.
The ice and water dispenser by the elevators was definitely convenient.
There was no way to stream Netflix, Amazon, etc. The tv had a handful of channels and that was it. I've come to expect that from a hotel.
It was not a bad experience, but what I was expecting from a hotel. Definitely lacking some of the amenities I was used to. I would not recommend this hotel due to the amenities it lacks.
Dirty and literally no extra blanket on the entire property for a pull out couch suite.
Kids slept with towels
The property was extremely clean and the staff was professional, respectful, friendly and very attentive. The room was very nice and comfortable. We brought our dog and we didn’t have any issues with check-in. The property is conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
I really enjoyed my stay at Even Hotel. My room was clean, neat and formal. The comfort was amazing and my bed was everything! The WiFi was great and the breakfast was good too. My only concern was not having the trash collected everyday and bed made. Other than that I loved my stay and I would like to become a member one day. Thank you for your services.
Our room was spacious and very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel staff responded quickly when we had trouble turning our tv on, and they were always pleasant and polite. The hotel is very conveniently located to access 293, 93, and route 3. A Starbucks and a grocery store are just a very short walk away.

The bottom of the pool was full of holes and the water was freezing. When we checked in, there was a dirty hand towel on the floor right outside the door to our room. The AC was really loud and erratic. Our room was next to the elevator and was very noisy.
My first time staying at this property, also my first time staying at an EVEN hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was comfortable, hotel was clean, very conveniently located to nearby shopping and the mall. The hot options for breakfast were good, but it would have been nice if the buffet had more of a variety of foods.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this property and will definitely return.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and quiet property with nice sized rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was the $100 incidental charge. That seems a bit over the top. But other than that, a good experience.

This was a last minute booking and I loved it. I stay in hotels at least 3 X a week for biz travel and typically choose Marriott properties. This hotel was convenient, clean and had a super soft comfy bed. Also had exercise equip in room. Great experience! Frendly staff. I'll def go back when in area again.
