Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Frühstück und die Abendessen waren sehr gut, Personal und der gesamte Service waren toll.

Cons:

Es war bei der Buchung über Booking nicht sofort klar, dass man Pools, Hot-Tubs und Sauna nur als Tagespaket buchen kann und ansonsten nur ein Whirlpool im Freien verfügbar war.

Having in mind its location on the other side of a major highway and a 15-20 min walk to any stores/restaurabas (not just the one on site), a bakery and a gift shop would be nice. Offering bottled water in the rooms would be nice.

It was so good to be able to take in the spa, dinning and be a short drive into main street Canmore.

Great hotel and spa!!! The worst breakfast.
Pros:

I loved how clean it was. I love the soap in the shower. I love the look of the hotel. I love the look of the rooms. I had an amazing experience at the spa.

Cons:

The shower head had very low water pressure so it was hard to rinse my hair. Had to request more coffee that wasn't decaffeinated and raw sugar.
I also had to ask for two extra towels. I've stayed at the hotel many times but I've never actually had breakfast at this hotel. So this was my first time and unfortunately it was my last. I ordered the classic breakfast and it was very oily. So much so that I showed the waitress how much liquid came out of my scrambled eggs 🤢 then I ordered the pancakes instead, and they came to me in a bowl with strawberry sauce or should I say strawberry soup pancakes. After paying $60 for breakfast I had to go somewhere else to have breakfast.
