Not confortable at all no supplies of toiletries/ cofee and cleanliness, they did not render a single room cleaning
Cons:

Staffs were very tips focused only, not willing to render service at their will and communication with house staff, bell boys and vale service is worst.

Amazing
Pros:

Maravilloso hotel. Atención impecable y excelente servicio, incluyendo el servicio de playa, que nos pareció ideal. Muy buena ubicación y buenas instalaciones. Si bien no son las más nuevas, esto no fue un inconveniente para nosotros. Una estancia genial, especialmente para grupos familiares. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

Cons:

Un chico del valet parking chocó mi auto y nunca se hicieron cargo , al consultar al hotel dijeron que el valet parking es una empresa distinta al hotel y que no tienen nada que ver , información que nunca dijeron en el inicio . Reclamé varias veces por mail y realicée el reclamo formal nadie contestó nada ni atención a clientes . No vuelvo más

Cons:

Somehow forgot to put my kids name on the booking but when I sign in I mention I was with my kids that’s why I want 2 beds . 3 of us, the morning, they told me my kids aren’t allowed for breakfast. Spoke to the receptionist, 1 was so rude , they didn’t want to, when I pay for a queen size room. Very embarrassing. Wasn’t happy with the service at all
