my second room.

Cons:

My original room was very loud. I think this is not acceptable in this category. There was a machine under my window. The reception was very helpful. But in my opinion that room is not for sale.

Pros:

The place is comfortable for families with kids, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet. Although the food was the same every day, it was still okay.
Some reception staff could improve their communication with guests. During check-in and check-out, some employees spoke Spanish with their coworkers, which made guests feel uncomfortable and confused about the situation.

Cons:

The beach had somewhat old and uncomfortable chairs. It would also be great if they provided a food and drinks menu at the beach, similar to the service available at the pool.

Riding on their corporate name but the usual high end service and provision was lacking here

The main restaurant was closed in the evenings so only bar food available
Swipe access into the pool area and even the pool toilets was a nuisance
Poor quality pool towels and not enough chairs for guests
Loud music from next doors hotel was a nuisance

Pros:

Excellent pool area and access to beach. Beds, linen and towels were super comfortable/lush.

Cons:

Walls of rooms were thin and you could easily hear neighbouring rooms. Rooms were a little old. Poor shower pressure.
