O quarto reservado não estava disponível. Ficamos em quarto inferior com valor de reembolso muito menor do que a diferença de preços. Funcionários despreparados. Estrutura ruim. Academia sem equipamentos.

It was okay. Wouldn’t stay again but not the worst.
Pros:

The heated pool, closeness to the beach, bar downstairs, safe location

Cons:

The room was too dark (no overhead lights!).
The wifi disconnects and have to log in each time.
The bathrooms have no vent system so it’s humid and takes forever to dry.
The elevators took far too long to arrive and were comically small.

Cons:

La falta de hospitalidad y amabilidad del personal del frontdesk y concierge. Nunca pudieron resolverme ninguna pericion por minima que fuera, ni una llamada telefonica pudieron hacerme. Al llegar nadie me colaboro con las maletas y de igual manera sucedio a mi salida.

Foi bastante desagradável.
Pros:

Pra falar a verdade , única coisa foi a vista da praia, com o nascer do sol, mas também, bastante prejudicada pela sujeira dos vidros.

Cons:

Não gostei :
-a falta de limpeza dos vidros da janela do quarto, falta também um varal no box, para pendurar as roupas molhadas da praia. Aquele fio sabe???
-Elevador quebrado, filas enormes, elevador não para nos andares qdo vc o está esperando, provavelmente por super lotação, se espera muito tempo!
-Recepção, não fala uma palavra em espanhol, não fazem questão de entender, são filipinas , sem nenhuma hospitalidade para com hóspede.
-Garagem, fora do hotel, cheguei a ficar meia hora aguardando chegada do carro, por algumas vezes, custa como aproximadamente 55 dólares, com impostos por dia,
-Café da manhã, caro e pra quem ficar mais de 3 dias enjoativo por falta de opções,
-cobrança absurda de uma taxa para utilização de guarda sol e cadeiras de praia, indo ou não a praia , vai pagar algo como 45 dólares por dia, cuidado qdo fizer check in , não assine este documento, irão te cobrar todos os dias use ou não use!!!
-atendimento na praia, os barraqueiros como chamamos no Brasil, mesmo vc obrigando a pagar, os atendentes te tratam como se estivessem fazendo um baita favor!!

Cons:

The personel at the front desk was very unfriendly at check-in. We should have canncelled the booking and stayed at another Hotel. One of the lifts didn´t work during our stay. Overall the hotel wasn´t maintained very well.
