Uma estadia super agradável.
Pros:

Pé na areia, quarto é bom e limpo. Espaço da piscina bom. Cadeiras e guarda-sol na praia bom, porém limitam a 2 por apto e se estás em 3 como estávamos, um fica sem lugar. Não deixam pegar outra cadeira mesmo estando todos os outros guarda-sóis desocupados.

Cons:

Por ser um hotel na beira da praia deveria ter onde pendurar roupas molhadas e também uma lavanderia. Não tem estacionamento público perto nem onde estacionar na rua. Você é obrigado a entregar para o vallet que cobra 55 dólares por dia. Estacionamento público mais perto é longe e tem limite de horário.

Good clean hotel in a nice location

The room was spacious and clean, the location on the beach was also nice and the pool area was quiet

Cons:

The information given by the reception staff about the hotel upon check in was poor, the breakfast was just okay, we were not given any menu until the last day!! We thought it was just buffet. Can't get any expresso coffee or hot chololate without paying extra for it

The breakfast buffet was good, although we only had breakfast during our stay. The location was also convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was poor—they often did not make the bed properly, and the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The TV never worked because it had no signal, despite reporting the problem every day. We had to call the front desk repeatedly, but the issue was never resolved. The hotel felt disorganized, and the customer service was very disappointing. The pool area also lacked service, with no staff available to assist guests. In addition, we were surprised that there was no lifeguard on duty, even though many children were using the pool.

We were very pleased with our stay, it was comfortable beautiful and everyone was very friendly.
Pros:

Loved how close the beach was. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The pool was very nice.

Cons:

For the price I felt like since there were 4 of us 4 towels in room every day and at pool would have been nice. And the maids did not sweep the floor of our room when cleaning it. I felt the breakfast was wayyy too expensive. You can go to a regular hotel and get the same breakfast for free you just have to eat on paper plates instead of real dishes. But no other complaints.
