Adequate rather than excellent due to high room rate!

Excellent shower !

Cons:

The bed moved when I sat on causing me to very nearly fall onto the floor, not a good thing at my time of life ! Let me assure you I was NOT drunk!
I also didn’t appreciate having to pay the ‘hyped’ up room rates no doubt being due to the race meeting in Chester. On previous visits I’ve never paid more than £70 ! 😡

We always love coming to this holtel this is our 3rd visit

Cons:

Staff always great

Went for dinner and kate served us at the bar . She is very rude not a nice manner we had my parents with is and rave about here and she was not nice . Then later husband went to get 2 wines and she wanyed to know how many where at the table and why we where only wanting 2 drinks .
She is not a good member to have in the role .
It was us and another 3 tables not busy and staff didnt really have a clue
This is the only thing that lets the hotel down
