Pros:

Hotel was fine

Cons:

I booked a privilege room with booking.com , the fact thst I could get an upgraded room swayed my choice of hotels .
When I got there I was given a basic classic room and was told it was a mistake by booking.com.
This is shocking !

Let down by being given a wrong room and poor customer service from staff

Great value for money and excellent service
Pros:

Laura who booked us in was exceptional, when we got to the room the air con remote was missing, as they are coded to the air con in the room a replacement did not work, within minutes she had got us moved to a new room and assisted in moving our luggage, and all with a smile.

Pros:

great room, very clean, lovely bed and bathroom. lots of different things to do in the hotel, pool table, swimming pool, gym, cardio room, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. all great, very clean and easy to use.

Lovely short stay.
Pros:

Warm welcome. Great pool. Comfy room with streaming options on the tv.

Cons:

The hotel reception was a little hit and miss on whether someone would be there. The breakfast was good but some of the plates were dirty.

Nice quiet hotel, nice and clean and staff really nice and kind

Cons:

The room was a bit to warm even with the radiator off. Felt like you couldn't breath cuz there was no air, had to sleep with window open which disturbed my sleep as the noise coming from the birds cars etc
