We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was excellent – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

Our stay at Electra Palace Thessaloniki was a truly enjoyable experience. What stands out most about this hotel is its timeless elegance, classic style, warm atmosphere, and unbeatable location.
Being situated directly on Aristotelous Square allows you to experience the vibrant energy of Thessaloniki from the very heart of the city. One of our favorite moments was sitting on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view over the square and watching the city come to life below. Despite the lively surroundings, once the balcony doors are closed, the room becomes remarkably quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect balance between city life and relaxation.
The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. We also enjoyed the cocktail bar, which combines a stylish atmosphere with inspiring views and expertly prepared drinks.
Service throughout the hotel was professional, attentive, and welcoming. The staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and contributed greatly to the overall quality of our stay.
Electra Palace is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a hotel with character, comfort, and one of the best locations in Thessaloniki. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
If we were to mention one area for improvement, it would be the parking situation. While there is a parking facility nearby, arriving by car can be somewhat stressful, especially when unloading luggage, locating the parking entrance, and maneuvering into the rather small parking spaces. This is, of course, a common challenge for hotels in historic city centers, but it is worth keeping in mind for guests traveling by car.
Aside from this minor inconvenience, our stay was excellent, and we would happily return to Electra Palace on our next visit to Thessaloniki.
The property was very clean, the housekeeping team and all staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the central location made it easy to explore the area.
The bathroom was rather small, the hot water was unreliable throughout our stay, and the lounge area had an unpleasant odour.

We liked the ambience of the hotel; helpful staff, elegant service; stylish interiors - and the location: the square with its events and people, so present. The sea. - Excellent breakfast w. exceptionally good fruit plates and great coffee.
The background music in the restaurant was quite loud, but it seemed to be the same practice in all local restaurants.
Clearly a matter of habitude...
