We were robbed of almost everything on a beach outside the city. The hotel took great care of us during this incredibly difficult time, when we had absolutely nothing and not even a way to pay for anything. They still helped us and looked after us, even though we had already checked out.
We are deeply grateful to the entire hotel staff for their kindness, compassion, and support when we needed it most. They truly went above and beyond for us.

Whenever we go to the beach in Greece we always stop for at least one night at this hotel. Everything is wonderful, the location, the comfort, the services and a plus for the breakfast and its location on the 7th floor, with a breathtaking panorama!
We arrived at 2:15 PM and were told that we had to walk around until 3:00 PM, because that's when check-in time is. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes, we asked the reception to take into account that we were tired and we would like to get into the room faster, it was impossible, at 3:05 PM we were able to get the room!
