The room sizes were great. The location was lovely.
The rooms need updating.
The housekeeping was very poor. They left a dirty wash cloth on bed, sheets were not changed and facilities were not topped up. I asked for a non slip bath mat and was given one that was from the 1950's it was dirty and off colour.
Loved the spa was lovely and the staff was so friendly
The radiators took 45-1hr to come and didn't keep the room warm at all 8

Very comfortable spacious room with everything I needed. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Very helpful receptionist
Top window in room open and not possible to shut. Meant the very busy road could be heard at all times. Female sauna not operational. Long wait to be served at the fitness centre reception.

The radiator in my room was always on ,room was too hot had to leave the windows open and have the fan on full time of my stay.
My daughters bed sheet had a stain on it .
The room was very clean, the Breakfast was especially nice .
There was nothing I didnt like .maybe the room price was slightly a bit high for the room
Grounds and surrounding areas. Breakfast very good , large selection and fresh.
Swimming pool changing rooms, dated and not so clean. Sauna in female changing room broken and had been for quite a while. Jacuzzi not open as water to cold . Food selection at dinner very limited and pricey .
