A guest in next room was awake most of the night until after 3am shouting, swearing non stop

Boiling hot room couldn't sleep not acceptable and was expensive for a dated room doesn't deserve the star rating
The food was fantastic that we ordered. The mature members of staff in the restaurant were extremely professional and helpful. The music on Sunday was a great added bonus it was excellent very chilled for the late afternoon highly recommend.
The tables in the restaurant were not cleared down in the evenings we sat near a table that seated 4 which was left dirty for over an hour. The key cards were a nightmare especially as we were in a room that was 3 flights up and 2 corridors away from reception. It would not have felts so bad if we were closer to reception. I do feel this issue should be addressed and not left. The tills had no change on both nights which is a pain if your paying with cash plus its part of daily set up. Rooms are not well stocked for having a hot drink 4 mini milk cartons and 3 small coffee sachets for 2 over 2 nights is not enough.

Our room we were allocated was very poor. It was very small with only 2 coat hangers between 2 people and we were staying 2 nights. It had no safe either which should be standard. As we had stayed the year before in a standard room, we thought we knew what to expect. It was on a mezzanine floor, so no lift directly to the floor so had to get our suitcases up or down the stairs. We also were quite away from the lift and had to ask directions from housekeeping who were around.
We did have our room changed at no extra cost, although we still only had 2 coat hangers. Also there are no drawers to put anything away in so were living out of a suitcase. The room was very warm and the windows only open 2" and then I had to wedge one of them open with my inhaler
Excellent location and presence, good choice of breakfast and very nice and friendly staff. Parking was ample.

Lovely big comfortable bed! Spacious clean room. Excellent breakfast. Nice jacuzzi and pool.
The outside of the hotel looks old and tired. The room was too warm. The ceiling over the pool looks like needs some repairs and water was dripping from it.
