Pros:

La ubicación y el proceso de check-in y check-out. El personal es muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Además, la tarifa incluye desayuno que es muy bueno. También esta junto a Starbucks y cafeterías del golf club y a poca distancia del centro comercial Real Plaza Salaverry, lo que lo vuelve un lugar ideal para hospedarse en San Isidro.

Cons:

Aún tienen pendiente el tema del aire acondicionado. Me indicaron que están en remodelación y que el aire acondicionado no está funcionando, por lo que nos suministraron un split portatil. Sin embargo, el aparato hacía demasiado ruido.

Problems with hot water. The staff couldn't fix the problem which ended up in changing the room to another one, same category tho and they charged me a bottle of water for 10 dollars despite all the flexibility I showed and consideration
