I had to book my stay as 2 separate stays, for 2 days and 8 days, rather than a consecutive 10 days, because of an issue on booking.com that made it look like you did not have availability for the whole stretch from July 31 to August 10, though you did, and I didn't even have to switch rooms. That might be more of an issue with booking.com rather than your hotel, though.

The property has a great location, in walking distance to the city center and the major museums and attractions. The room was clean and spacious and the big windows on the fifth floor offered a beautiful view over the square. The staff was very friendly and professional.
The cleaning service was very good and professional, but a bit understaffed, as they came to clean our room at later hours. The breakfast was good, but lacked diversity from one day to another and had very few cooked/hot meal options.
The room is pretty big and very comfortable.
