O alojamento tem uma localização perfeita para quem pretende visitar Amesterdão em 2/3 dias. Localizado numa praça com várias opções de restauração e lojas de souvenirs, etc. Ainda oferece água aromatizada e gomas à entrada.

Staff were helpful, great location with tram connection and lots of places to eat nearby
We had a few issues which somewhat spoilt our stay -
we added additional breakfast for couple of days when we checked in however the staff at breakfast had no room number given yo them so were not expecting us which was a bit embarrassing in front of other guests especially as we had paid for the breakfast already.
There were no bath towels for the 3rd person in the room once
There was no kettle in the room and when we asked for it from reception it was really dirty, not something I would use to make my cup of tea
Bedsheets were not changed even once in our 5 days of stay which I dont think is very hygienic
J’ai réservé une chambre avec un lit double et j’ai reçu une chambre avec deux lits simples. Quand on vient en couple le minimum c’est de dormirai ensemble et non comme des inconnus.
Lors de la douche, le système de parois est à revoir car la douche était inondé.
Nel momento in cui sono andato in struttura, mi hanno detto che tutte le camere erano occupate e mi hanno inviato in un altro albergo, nel quale mi sono trovato benissimo, ma comunque il disservizio è stato enorme, perché io avevo prenotato e pagato per quell’alloggio
