In accordance with local tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreign guests staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional 18% tax. To be exempt from this additional charge (IGV), guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport. Both documents are required to qualify for the exemption. If either document is not presented, the corresponding tax must be paid.
Foreign guests traveling for business who request a printed invoice must also pay this additional 18%, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This amount is not automatically included in the total reservation cost.
Children:
Children aged 4 to 11 stay free of charge when sharing a bed with one or two adults; they are only required to pay for breakfast.
Pets:
Guests may stay with their dog (pet), provided they comply with the admission policies. An additional fee of USD 38 per pet per night applies (taxes not included). Only one pet per room is allowed. Reservations must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Only pets weighing up to 18 kg are permitted. At check-in, guests must present certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or competent authority) confirming that the pet has been vaccinated and dewormed within the last 6 months.
In accordance with Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds such as American Pitbull, Dogo, Rottweiler, Doberman, among others, are not allowed. Only dogs are permitted, and food and water bowls are available on loan.
For guide dogs, guests must present a certificate issued by CONADIS (or the relevant authority) confirming the need for assistance. If this certification is not provided, the corresponding pet fee will apply.
Pets may not be left alone in the room.

Es fühlt sich an wie ein Urlaubshotel. Ein schöner Pool die Möglichkeit draußen zu frühstücken und auch zu essen, ein großer Park mit Alpakas und einer traumhaften Schildkröte.
In der Tat ist die Inneneinrichtung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ist überhaupt nicht zu steuern und der Teppichboden könnte auch mal wieder erneuert werden.

Het is een mooi hotel met fantastische service! Het ontbijt is erg ontspannen met een rustig muziekje op de achtergrond. Je kan rondlopen in de tuin van het hotel om daar de schilpad en de alpacas te vinden. Na terugkomst van een dagje uit is de kamer goed schoongemaakt en worden ook eigen spulletjes netjer neergelegd. Dan is het niet meer een rommeltje zoals wij het achterlaten in de haast.
Het avondeten in het restaurant is niet uitmuntend bijzonder.

Our room on the first floor was a bit noisy. Faced a busy road

*They constantly organize events. On Friday there was a big corporate event with 100+ people and loud music in the garden. On Sunday there was a children party. On Monday morning again a corporate breakfast. Hence it's never quiet/normal near the swimming pool/eating area/garden. The hotel should better separate the area for hotel guests and events.

El hotel es muy cómodo, amplio, hermoso y con un restaurante de primer nivel sin embargo lo mejor que tiene es su personal de primera. Nunca he sido mejor tratado en un hotel alrededor del mundo.
