Important information:

Please note that, in the case of cash payments, guests may pay in Peruvian soles or in US dollars (according to the property’s exchange rate on the day of payment).

In accordance with local tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreign guests staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional 18% tax. To be exempt from this additional charge (IGV), guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport. Both documents are required to qualify for the exemption. If either document is not presented, the corresponding tax must be paid.

Foreign guests traveling for business who request a printed invoice must also pay this additional 18%, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This amount is not automatically included in the total reservation cost.

Children:

Children aged 4 to 11 stay free of charge when sharing a bed with one or two adults; they are only required to pay for breakfast.

Pets:

Guests may stay with their dog (pet), provided they comply with the admission policies. An additional fee of USD 38 per pet per night applies (taxes not included). Only one pet per room is allowed. Reservations must be requested at least 2 days in advance.

Only pets weighing up to 18 kg are permitted. At check-in, guests must present certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or competent authority) confirming that the pet has been vaccinated and dewormed within the last 6 months.

In accordance with Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds such as American Pitbull, Dogo, Rottweiler, Doberman, among others, are not allowed. Only dogs are permitted, and food and water bowls are available on loan.

For guide dogs, guests must present a certificate issued by CONADIS (or the relevant authority) confirming the need for assistance. If this certification is not provided, the corresponding pet fee will apply.

Pets may not be left alone in the room.

Oase mit Park und klasse Restaurant

Супер отель! Все хорошо!
На территории гуляют альпаки и гигантская черепаха! Есть детская площадка, ресторан, бар и сауна! Отличный отель, классная территория!

Cons:

Не рассказывают при заседании, что есть сауна и что её можно забронировать, но это нужно сделать предварительно и это входит в стоимость. Когда мы спросили - оказалось, сауна уже не работает в этот час и мы не смогли её посетить.

Tolles Hotel für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Arequipa-mit einigen Verbesserungen würde es perfekt
Pros:

Tolle Lage fussläufig zur Altstadt. Sehr gutes Restaurant, leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen. Zimmer (Junior Suite) sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Gartenanlage traumhaft, sehr weitläufig und die Alpakas und Schildkröten sind ein echtes Highlight.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen: Badewanne mit Dusche sind nicht für jedermann geeignet. Der Außenpool ist optisch wunderschön, leider ist das Wasser eiskalt, so dass man ihn nicht nutzen kann. Nicht mal die Kinder wollten planschen… Das Personal ist immer und überall supernett, beim Frühstück aber, wenn das Restaurant und auch die Außenbereiche voll besetzt sind, überfordert, so dass man längere Wartezeiten einplanen sollte. Zwei bis drei zusätzliche Kräfte wären sicher hilfreich.

Séjour sympa dans un hôtel un peu daté
Pros:

Bel hôtel bien situé au centre-ville d’Arequipa dans un parc, belle piscine et jacuzzi, chambre confortable.

Cons:

Hôtel un peu daté avec des équipements un peu anciens, toilettes bouchées à la première utilisation, nous avons dû changer de chambre avec une promesse d’upgrade, mais nous avons eu la même chambre un étage en-dessous. La piscine n’est pas chauffée, le room service est de moyenne qualité.

ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr sauber wunderschöner Garten wie eine Parkanlage die zum verweilen einlädt. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich große Auswahl beim Frühstück und sehr gutes Essen.

An absolutely outstanding stay – one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced.
Pros:

Our stay at Wyndham Costa del Sol Arequipa was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character, impeccably maintained, and set in peaceful, stunning grounds. It provides the perfect retreat while still being within easy reach of everything Arequipa has to offer.

What truly makes this hotel so special, however, is its staff. We have travelled extensively around the world, and I can honestly say the level of customer service here is amongst the very best we have ever received.

A very special thank you goes to Melanie in the restaurant. Every single morning she welcomed us with a genuine smile and made us feel like valued friends rather than guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and her kindness, warmth and professionalism made breakfast one of the highlights of each day. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with many healthy choices .

We would also like to recognise Joel on the front desk. He was outstanding throughout our stay – friendly, knowledgeable, patient and always eager to help. Whether answering questions, arranging assistance or simply greeting us with a warm welcome each time we returned, Joel consistently went above and beyond. Staff like him leave a lasting impression.

The entire team deserves praise. Every member of staff we encountered was cheerful, attentive and genuinely seemed to care that guests had the best possible experience. That level of hospitality cannot be taught – it comes from a wonderful culture, and Wyndham Costa del Sol Arequipa should be incredibly proud of the team they have.

We left with wonderful memories and will recommend this hotel to everyone we know visiting Arequipa. Thank you to Melanie, Joel and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We sincerely hope to return one day.

Pros:

The Costa Del Sol Hotel in Arequipa is excellent. Very clean, spacious, and the staff is extremely accommodating. They treat you like royalty. All speak both Spanish/English and are more happy than Hotel staff in the States. They greet you at every turn and do their best to get you to whatever you need. Shout out to Oscar who takes the time to stop and talk to you about your trip as well as serve you with a smile. I definitely would return to this great hotel. Go out back to see the house tortoise Juanita, the house Alpacas, and the beautiful grounds. The only thing missed on this trip was a plunge in their beautiful pool (too cold as I visited during their winter). But weather was fabulous, 70s during the day and cool at night. Overall, average stays do not get better than this. Did I mention the free full breakfast???
