Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. Melanie and Marlene provided incredible service. Sweet, kind thoughtful, attentive professional.. the hotel was a delight a true refuge of elegance, style and tranquility. Daniel was a real gentleman and went so far out of his way to make our stay a special ecperience. The location of this hotel, the tranquility of the setting and the elegance of the facilities are incomparable. It would be a disastrous mistake to stay anywhere else in Arequipa!

There was construction outside that woke us up at 7-8 am every morning, it was loud and even vibrated our room, we should be informed about this before paying top dollar.
