It was ice cold and jets didn’t work

Room is dated and kind of gross. Weird stains on the chairsand it smells like smoke. Advertised breakfast but they were "out of supplies" parking lot is mad sketch I laid awake wondering if I'd still have a ride out in the morning.

sheets had stains, dead ladybug on the nightstand ?, door was broken, charged me $90 for the pet fee even though online says it’s $50

Breakfast is not provided here. They lied on their description. The floor we were on smells like weed and cigarettes despite non-smoking signs on every door. Complaints were lodged and management ignored it. There is a hole in the floor of our room. Their hot tub is the closest one I've ever been in. This place is not as advertised at all. No attempt has been made to correct anything.

Staying two nights, first night got in to room with no ac , but staff got switch next day. Doesn’t get refunded on deposit

Overall okay. The room door was hard to open and close. Had to lift the door to close it. Breakfast though we showed up half an hour before it was suppose end was already done and they were cleaning up.

very dirty, we immediately asked to cancel reservation after seeing the room and how nasty it was. the front desk said we would be fully refunded but we are still waiting to see that money back. do not stay here it is nasty

No breakfast second day. Door broke. Extremely hot.

The staff charged me for my room even though i had already paid for it on Hotels.com! When I tried to get my money back they sudden they kept telling me that they would get back to me.

Do Not stay here, 82 deg in hallways, etc, smelled like cigarettes, filthy rooms, doors wouldn't shut without being shoved . The outside looked just as bad, and lots of vagrants, we checked in, and after seeing room, well 2nd room, (we had asked to be moved), but it was in same condition, we gave the keys back and found a different hotel. We are currently trying to get room refunded. The gentlemen at the desk knew how bad it was and told us to request the refund. He would have given it to us, but we went through a 3rd party, so he said he couldn't. If you want to stay here, do yourself a favor and go there first before you make the reservation. So you can see first hand what your getting into.

The morning we needed to checkout there was no employees working and no coffee or breakfast which is part of the reason we stayed here on Saturday the ist morning the biscuits were served cold and the gravy was cold dumped from a can in front of me.The suites are very run down.

The property is old. Breakfast was minimal.

The peooerty shows its age - cracks, holes in furniture fabric. No ice buckets.

The facility is showing its age - worn carpets, cracks in the tile, etc. Lots of ongoing road and hotel construction in the arwa.

We chose the location for convenience but upon arrival it was not the best area. We also chose it for the hot tub, after reading the reviews and saw that it had been broken since March, thought it would fixed by May. It wasn't.

Disappointed with our stay. We primarily went as a family vacation and specifically went for the indoor pool. However the pool was FREEZING cold and dirty, the spa out of commission. It was so cold in the pool my kids lips turned blue within minutes and could not swim.
Also the property is not maintained well, lots of weeds and not in an ideal location for restaurants or shopping, many vagarants nearby.
The fire alarm went off twice during our stay and we had to evacuate the building as well.
The breakfast was subpar, soggy bacon.
I will not be staying there again.
