It was closed, and you let me go there on a trip with my family in the car 3 states from home, you even sent me check in instructions that morning for the closed establishment. It took me 3 hours to find another accommodation. I will never use hotels.com again

After leaving another hotel, I had a wonderful experience here. It was clean, beautiful, nice staff. I would stay here again!

The room was was nice and clean, nice amenities. Staff was friendly but sometimes had a hard time locating front desk person.

Horrible location and would not recommend for families at all. There have been many car thefts which we were unaware of before booking. The staff allowed us to park in front of the hotel because there were two people walking around the parking lot late at night looking in car windows. We ended our stay a night early because we were so concerned about our car. The floor we were on smelled horrible, too, and lots of sketchy activity was happening on our floor and in the parking lot throughout our stay.

It was a good, clean room. The desk clerk was often absent.

Very clean. Comfortable. Great location. Friendly staff. The breakfast bar was always stocked and clean, the ladies working that area are really on their toes the entire breakfast time! Will stay again, have added this hotel to my favorites!

Excellent location for our time at a hospital close by. Once you get used to the roads, getting around is relatively easy. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Property has been clean every time we’ve been there. Will stay again !

This property should be closed. Staff claimed rooms would be cleaned every 3 days. After 3 days, we asked about room cleaning and they promised to try but had a lot of check outs. Room still not cleaned. Asked for new towels and was promised it would be brought to room. Room not cleaned after 4 days. I claimed to front desk employee who began to yell at me saying it wasn’t his fault and how dare I complain. 5 separate rug stains in room. Garage piling up in halls. Someone called saying they are ATM and rooms only get cleaned upon request. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to stay here

The property itself was in a great location..fodd was okay but omly 1 elevator worked and hadnt worked in some time after reading September reviews.Only 1 ice machine did not help our large group and my room smelled like urine.

when I got there I was told my reservation was cancelled. They had cancelled all reservation after 10/08/2024. Then the owners decided to keep the place open. I could get my reservation but had pay again since refunds had already been processed. I had prepaid my room. They recharged my credit card plus additional $20.00 per from original rate.
I had no choive after driving 4 hours.

Overall, ok.
Very good breakfast but they didn't include any gluten free option.
The gym’s AC didn’t work and neither did the stove top in my suite. The hallways were not very clean.

I will never stay here or at another Hilton..They had canceled my reservations before arrival without telling us and expected us to rebook at a higher price! Shame on you Hilton!!!

At 4pm check in, we were told that room was not ready. Waited 30 minutes more. We have three guests, but only three batch towels. There were no pillows, blanket and sheets for the sofa bed. Even we went to ask front, was told that no pillows available any more. It was only 9pm. There is only one elevate worked while we stayed there. The other one did not work for couple hours Sunday morning. My 82 years old mom had to walked stairs down to eat breakfast.

Close to medical centers, everyone was very friendly!

Only issue was only 1 elevator worked.

Freeway noise made it difficult to sleep
