Not worth the stay.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

No vacuum window to reduce noise (loud train every hour). Hot tube not working saying it has been down for over a month, which I booked the room for which I needed for after racing. Slow and inexperienced staff.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, with a good selection of food. staff was friendly and very polite.

Cons:

Shower didn’t have very good water pressure, rooms a little over priced for a single night especially with pool facilities being closed

Would stay again
Pros:

Reception was very friendly, check in was smooth. The room itself was a little dated (the TV had cable though) but it was clean and cozy which was all that mattered for my partner and I.

Cons:

I can't think of anything to nitpick outright. Breakfast was not free but I dont think the price was unreasonable.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, room was large and bed was comfy. Located very close to the center of town.

Cons:

I'm a very deep sleeper and the train (passing right outside the window) woke me up several times / night. There is zero isolation in the rooms and I could hear every word spoken by people next door and in the corridor. I never have issues with this in hotels but couldn't get much sleep both nights I spent there.

WHAT A DUMP!!!
Pros:

STAY AWAY!!! Check-in was awful. Rooms filfthy.

Kids were throwing up in the pool and when the front desk was notified - they just brushed it off. A week later they made news for hospitilazing 11 children on January 25, 2026.

Whoever owns this hotel should be arrested for gross negligence and the Town of Canmore should condem the building!

Great place to sleep.
Pros:

Stayed one night for a conference elsewhere. Easy access, good parking, comfortable beds, nice shampoo and conditioner, fast elevators.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

Not worth the money
Cons:

The main ventilation in the hallway was located near the room door and was very noisy , I had to put the air plugs at night to slip. Some of the neighbors were smoking outside near the emergency door, and hold the door open. All the smoke entered to the hallway. The furniture is so old that my kids couldn't open the drawers. Day before the check out we wanted to go to the swimming pool, but it was broken.
