Excellent hotel in a good location
Pros:

From the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and professional, we managed to get into our room early. The hotel was very clean and quiet and relaxing. The breakfasts are excellent with a variety of choice and attentive staff.

Świetna lokalizacja, wygodne materace

Cons:

Łóżko dwuosobowe to tak naprawdę połączone dwa małe łóżka.
Hotel wymaga już remontu, pokoje nie wyglądają tak dobrze jak na zdjęciach.

Very welcoming staff throughout.
Pros:

Good central location, bus stops a short walk away, nice rooftop area which was quite sheltered with a sea view. Rooms big enough with plenty of storage. Good fresh, plentiful selection at breakfast.

Cons:

Better signage for the lifts as different lifts went to different floors, could do with a heated towel rail in the bathroom especially for out of season visitors.

Wonderful stay, great location.
Pros:

Just back from a wonderful stay at the Diplomat Hotel in Malta and already looking forward to returning!
From the moment we stepped inside we were made to feel so welcome. The whole team were incredibly friendly and attentive – from the lovely manageress, to Jerry behind the bar who was always so warm and the fantastic waiting staff at breakfast and cleaning staff.

Breakfast each morning was plentiful with a great choice, and everything was well organised. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the extra touches like the gym, jacuzzi and sauna – such a lovely addition after a day out exploring.

The location is excellent and we were lucky enough to have a lateral sea view room, which was beautiful.

Honestly couldn’t fault our stay at all. Thank you to the whole team – we’ll definitely be back!

Tiszta és jól felszerelt, ajánlom.
Pros:

A szállás tiszta és könnyen megközelíthető, bőséges reggeli kínálattal.
A szoba tágas (a fürdőszoba is), bőrönd, táska, minden elfér kényelmesen. Ha valakinek igénye, van szekrény, ahova kipakolhat.
A szoba felszereltsége kitűnő volt. Hűtő, vízforraló, hajszárító, tusfürdő+sampon is volt. Valamint TV-n van streaming+youtube is.
A személyzet kedves és segítőkész.
Pár percre buszmegálló(k) és boltok.
Említésre méltó még, hogy megkínáltak welcome drink-el becsekkolásnál (káve, tea vagy prosecco), apróság, de szimpatikus gesztus volt.

Cons:

Jobb lett volna egy zárt zuhanykabin, legalább egy függönnyel.

Świetny hotel, przy promenadzie, blisko przystanki autobusowe.
Personel bardzo przyjaźnie nastawiony, uprzejmy i wykwalifikowany- super! Pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu.
Pokoje odnowione, wszystko co potrzeba jest dostępne dla gości: ręczniki, 2 typy poduszek (twarda i miękka), szlafrok, kapcie, zestaw do picia kawy i herbaty, w łazience kosmetyki.
Na dachu hotelu znajduje się przestronny taras z leżakami oraz basen.
W podziemiach hotelu można skorzystać z siłowni oraz jacuzzi i sauny (dostęp na zapisy).
W lobby jest kawiarnia (pyszna kawa)
Po prostu WSZYSTKO JEST i to na wysokim poziomie, idealny hotelu na pobyt typu "city break". Polecam!

[To nie minus hotelu, tylko Sliemy] Jeśli ktoś planuje pobyt w pokoju z widokiem na morze, to polecam zabrać zatyczki do uszu bo przy promenadzie jest ruchliwa ulica.

Pretty much average
Pros:

I liked the guy from the bar, he was very careful with the clients, also very smiling. I also liked the pillows and the bed. They were amazing.

Cons:

I didn't like Christian, the guy from the reception. He was pretty rude and annoyed all the time. The sauna was very weird and allthough I've made an appointment it wasn't turned on and I couldn't turn it on. The breakfast was pretty bad, not much variety and everything was too crispy.
