Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Świetnie usytuowany. Mnóstwo restauracji i kafejek. Blisko przystanki autobusowe . Na dachu basen z którego rozpościera sie przepiękny widok

Great hotel in perfect place
Pros:

The man on reception was very welcoming and gave us a glass of prosseco, which was wonderful, thank you. The swimming pool was perfect for us and the bar made lovely cocktails. Breakfast was great. Perfect for getting to ferries and St Julians/ St George's Bay (30min walk to both)

Non mi è piaciuto della struttura:la posizione, su Booking diceva che la posizione era molto vantaggiosa, per poi arrivare alla camera,appena fatto il check in nella camera sembrava fosse tutto apposto,infatti sembrava,il condizionatore non funzionava e ho chiamato anche la reception, che mi ha risolto il problema il giorno dopo dandomi un ventilatore momentaneo, pensa a pagare quasi 600 euro per 3 notti e dormire col ventilatore in faccia, per poi usare questo ventilatore tutte le sere perché il condizionatore non andava, e la camera in tutto ciò era piena di polvere, non ci tornerò mai più

Pulizia ottimale e super attrezzata: spa, piscina, palestra, bar.
Aria condizionata bellissima in camera funzionava perfettamente e Smart tv collegabile con tutte Le piattaforme. Ho adorato gli snack di benvenuto in camera. Colazione a buffet super abbondante con vasta scelta.

Great base for exploring Malta.
Pros:

Great location. Great swimming just in front of the hotel and lots of places to eat close by.

Faulty Towers
Pros:

Good location, was clean and opposite the sea with nice views from the roof top or front facing rooms. Rooms are a decent size. Coffee shop was pretty decent.

Cons:

Warning: this is not a hotel in the true sense of the word as they only do bed & breakfast. The aircon is straight out of the 70’s and barely works, we had to ask three times for a fan. We repeatedly told them our TV didn’t work, it was never fixed just like the aircon was never fixed. The balcony is a joke, it barely fits one person on it, you had to lean out for the Seaview. Not run by competent staff. The rooftop pool was boiling hot with no shade and you had to go to Reception on the ground floor for towels. Why not have them at the Rooftop bar, right near the pool? Will not return and regret paying so much money for so little.

I highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

I am very happy with my stay at the Diplomat Hotel. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the towels are changed daily. The staff is super friendly and very smiley. They have access to jacuzzi and sauna but remember to reserve it before you access. You can get clean towels for the pool at the reception. The location is perfect, although it gets very loud at night, but it’s something they don’t have a control over. Another thing that is very thoughtful in this hotel, they have curtesy room where you can refresh yourself if you want to enjoy the sea before the departure. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
