Had a great time at the Diplomat Hotel
Pros:

The location was good, the personnel was very friendly and nice, the L’Occitane hygiene products were very nice, breakfast was varied, the pool was a nice feature as well, my only suggestion would be to have the pool warmed up a bit at least once the sun sets.

Ottimo da ripetere
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al The Diplomat. Il punto di forza dell’hotel è senza dubbio lo staff: tutti i ragazzi della sala colazione sono stati estremamente cortesi, professionali e sempre disponibili. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Sakil, che con il suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza ci ha accolti ogni mattina, contribuendo a rendere ancora più piacevole la nostra permanenza.

La pulizia è impeccabile e la nostra camera con vista mare ci ha regalato momenti davvero suggestivi: svegliarsi con il mare di fronte e addormentarsi cullati dal rumore delle onde è stata un’esperienza molto rilassante.

Ottima anche la posizione, proprio sul lungomare di Sliema e a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti e servizi.

L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda la struttura, che mostra un po’ i segni del tempo: l’aria condizionata era piuttosto rumorosa ed i mobili andrebbero un po' rivisti come anche il letto. Tuttavia, questi piccoli difetti sono ampiamente compensati dalla qualità del servizio, dall’eccellente colazione e dalla cordialità di tutto il personale.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno che consigliamo volentieri.

Cons:

Tra gli aspetti migliorabili segnalo l’aria condizionata, un po’ rumorosa, e il bagno che, pur essendo stato rinnovato, tendeva ad allagarsi dopo la doccia. Anche gli arredi e il letto potrebbero beneficiare di un aggiornamento. Lo stesso vale per il pavimento della camera, che a prima vista può sembrare usurato o poco pulito, ma in realtà si tratta semplicemente dei segni del tempo: la pulizia, infatti, è sempre stata impeccabile sia in camera sia in tutta la struttura.

Ottima esperienza da consigliare e rifare.
Pros:

Staff eccezionale, tutti i ragazzi della sala colazione molto cortesi e disponibili. Pulizia impeccabile, camera con vista parziale ma molto gradevole. Posizione perfetta difronte al male in zona ricca di ristoranti. Unica cosa la struttura dell'hotel non è nuovissima e gli anni si sentono: bagno non perfetto, aria condizionata rumorosa. Il tutto compensato dallo staff e dall'ottima colazione.

Aria condizionata rumorosa, letto un po' a fine vita, alcune camere e zone dell'hotel da rinnovare.

Pros:

Excelente pequeno almoço (muita variedade), boa área de quarto, casa de banho com tudo ( shampo, condicionador, gel de duche...) e bom atendimento por todos os funcionários do hotel. Parabéns

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, mas seria a melhorar. Apesar do quarto ter dois cortinados na zona da janela, não reduz a exposição solar a 100%. Apartir das 5h da manhã entra luz solar no quarto

Pros:

A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso ao transporte público. A praia em frente ao hotel é boa, com opções de entrada no mar para diferentes gostos. A área da piscina é bonita. O quarto é bem espaçoso. Conseguimos fazer check-in meia hora antes do horário sem custo adicional.

Cons:

Os travesseiros estavam mal-cheirosos, e o ar condicionado era extremamente barulhento (acordávamos cada vez que ele ligava no meio da noite). Não havia local adequado no quarto para estender a roupa de praia e as toalhas. Apesar da variedade, a qualidade do café da manhã deixou a desejar (Ex.: o ovo mexido parecia industrializado, o rocambole era ruim, e o iogurte era de baixa qualidade).

Pobyt na 3 noce.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu, widok z okna na morze, życzliwa obsługa w rejestracji podczas meldowania i wymeldowania, sympatyczni kelnerzy w barze, basen na dachu, muzyka na żywo 3x w tygodniu przy barze na dachu, oferta wycieczek fakultatywnych w lobby z genialnym panem, które te wycieczki sprzedaje, oferta wieczorna w barze na dachu, hotel butikowy. Sporo było fajnych rzeczy, ale były też minusy.

Cons:

Hałas z ulicy w pokoju na 3 piętrze z widokiem na morze (nie ma opcji snu przy otwartym oknie), brak reakcji na zgłoszona usterkę klimatyzacji (zgłosiłem rano usterkę z głośną klimatyzacja na najniższym biegu (hałas był na tyle dokuczliwy, że nie mogłem spać bez stoperów w uszach). Gdy wróciłem wieczorem, personel nie poinformował, że nie usunął usterki. Uznałem, że zostałem zignorowany, opóźnienia z wydawaniem śniadania. Jak na hotel, który liczy sobie 800 PLN za dobę za pokój dwuosobowy, to trochę nie w porządku.
