Шикарный вид на море из окна нашей комнаты. Мягкая, удобная кровать. Очень хорошие завтраки (отличный кофе, свежая выпечка, широкий выбор прочей еды). Приятная атмосфера в столовой. Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал! Особенно хотелось бы отметить чернокожего парня, который работал в столовой 16 декабря, его профессиональное обслуживание создало очень приятное ощущение искренней заботы о нашем комфорте! Он настоящий профессионал своего дела!

Cons:

Ни каких явных претензий у меня нет, но в целом нашему номеру уже не помешал бы легкий косметический ремонт.

Was very close to bus station and 1 minute from walk to the sea

This hotel is marketed as 4-star but falls significantly short of those standards in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. The staff were very unprofessional, and made inappropriate sexual comments about me and my partner. The Wi-Fi did not work for several hours. The swimming pool was dirty. Cold air was coming in through the window. Next room to us water was coming inside the room because it was raining. The curtains were very dirty, and the furniture was old, scratched, and poorly maintained. One chair in the room was unstable and unsafe, posing a hazard. Tea pots in the breakfast dirty. The cleaners were very loud in the morning, talking in the language and laughing loudly. Overall cleanliness and comfort were well below acceptable standards.

The Diplomat hotel in the heart of Sliema gets a high recommendation from us!
Pros:

The Diplomat hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff were very hospitable, the breakfast was nice. There’s also a nice roof terrace with a pool.

The location is wonderful, close to everything but away from the most touristy areas.

Cons:

Some of it was a bit sketchy for a four star hotel, like the fridgerators and the gym but didn’t ruin it for us.

Cons:

Hotel orrendo e per nulla aderente alle foto pubblicate sul sito e su Booking.com. Una vera e propria truffa. Me ne sono dovuto andare dall'hotel dopo la prima notte, perche' oltre alla struttura a dir poco fatiscente e alla totale assenza di igiene, la stanza era anche invasa da una tremenda puzza di cucina. Un incubo.
