Very clean property and freshly staff
Pros:

Great location, beautiful property. Staff was friendly. Fast check in. Day shift manager was on her game. She was awesome.

Cons:

DO NOT going during spring break. Adults down our hallway very noisy, partying playing loud music all night and smoking pot. Told the evening shift front desk agent and she could have cared less. Spoke with the day shift manager upon check out and she handled it all. Did t get her name but she was awesome. She reviewed video and was issuing fines for the noise and pot smoking. Would stay again. Just NOT the beginning of spring break.

Nice hotel but be careful when settling the bill
Pros:

Delicious breakfasts, beautiful ocean views, gym, courteous staff - especially during breakfast, beachfront pool with ocean views, sun loungers by the pool

Cons:

The hotel charged a higher room fee than the one indicated on the Booking.com reservation. The amount isn't very large, around $40, but it's about the principle. And I don't mean taxes, just the room rate. Unfortunately, I received the bill after checkout, and they took the difference from my security deposit. Despite contacting Booking.com, nothing has changed, and it's been a month and a half. It's a shame because the hotel and location are nice, but honesty is more important.

disappointing
Cons:

I booked an ocean view I got a partial view, it was mostly parking lot of the run down hotel next door. The bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was like wood. Hallways smelled.

Pros:

I was able to pay for an upgrade facing the ocean.

Cons:

The heater didn’t work, the second day maintenance came in to fix. The bar didn’t have the bottle of wine they said they did (poor inventory watching), housekeeping didn’t show up til 3 ( I was getting ready for dinner so didn’t get my room cleaned the first day, but they came the second, and specifically wanted to know what I wanted replaced. I wanted the room cleaned, I didn’t want to tell them their job. Other than that, nice location and friendly knowledgable check on staff.

Awful experience
Pros:

I would not recommend this hotel.
The "friendly staff" gave me a lousy room, second floor right over the pool so you could shake hands with the swimming guests that is how public this room seemed. And on the left was a big structure. My oceanfront room had no view. And there was a suspicious looking bug in the bathroom.
I was offered another room higher up, to move to in the morning. The view was there!!! But the room smelled like someone had just vacuumed with an old dirty bag.. just awful. I tried to deal but after a while started just getting sick..
So I complained again to management, and they said, All we can do is move you back where you were.
So I packed up yet again and moved back. That night I just was mad and the front desk lady said she'd instructed all the staff not to move me again. Oh really? Wow.
That's when it dawned on me that I didn't have to spend one more minute there, and I'd just stay somewhere else. Went on to The Shores and what a wonderful, great hotel with truly friendly staff.
Don't spend your money here is my takeaway.

Great stay. We’ll definitely be back to this hotel when passing by Daytona

Breakfast was excellent. Great quality and the service was great. Miss Shelley was very accommodating and super nice with our kids. The hotel is clean, welcoming and really nice

The best place to stay in Daytona for vacation
Pros:

My room was very clean, quite and comfortable. I liked that breakfast started at 6am. The front desk staff and food workers were all very nice and helpful. it was the best Hotel I have stayed in at Daytona.

Very excellent, will be back!
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful view, easy walk to beach, nice inside!

Cons:

One employee attempted to lock the gate early regardless of the time being 10pm. In this case you can't get back in unless finding public access to walk along the road back.
