No maintenance done, beach chairs are rusty and dirty and some are broken.
Door knobs are broken.
No life guard on the beach or the pool.
They are surely understaffed and it affects everything.
Beach towels smell and aren't clean.
The power outage happened for more than 2 hours till it was fixed.
Food is edible but they clearly reuse yesterday's food leftovers the next day.
The pool is very small and another one is broken and not working.
It appears that the hotel owners and management clearly doesn't care about maintenance or hiring more staff as long as guests are coming, this will lead to lower quality of guests and further decline.

The property is in need of significant maintenance. Power outages occurred frequently and lasted for extended periods. One of the swimming pools was closed during our stay, and there were not enough sun loungers available for guests around the pool area. The furniture appeared old and worn, affecting the overall comfort of the stay. In addition, the food selection was limited, with little variety and relatively small portions. Overall, the facilities and services did not meet the expected standard.

Unprofessional Receptionists: The front desk staff are completely disorganized. They didn’t even know my booking details and tried to give me a "Soft All Inclusive" package, even though my booking was strictly "Hard All Inclusive." Furthermore, Booking.com granted me a free late check-out, but the receptionists were clueless and tried to charge me extra money for it. I had to explain it to them extensively until they finally agreed not to charge me.

Room Maintenance: Even though the room was spacious, the maintenance was very poor—the ceramic floor tiles were loose and detached from the ground.

Food Quality & Health Hazard: The food quality is extremely low and unhygienic and not fresh. By the third day of our stay, both my wife and I got severe diarrhea, and my wife was vomiting all night. This completely ruined our vacation.

Severe Understaffing & Poor Service: The shortage of staff puts immense pressure on the employees, making them aggressive, disrespectful, and unable to fulfill requests. There is absolutely no service at the beach, and plastic cups and trash are scattered everywhere.

Furniture: The furniture and beach loungers are worn out and neglected.

Shortage of Snacks: Snacks are a joke (just one sandwich), and ice cream runs out within 30 minutes. Most items are always out of stock.

Guest Demographics: The hotel is heavily crowded with low-end local mass tourism, with a very low count of foreign tourists.

The hotel has good potential, but management urgently needs to hire more staff, clean the beach, and improve the quality of services. This place might be a good choice if you are used to booking in a camp and looking for basic shelter. However, if you usually stay in 4-star or 5-star hotels, this will be way below your expectations in terms of quality and service.
I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Beach needs some interest for cheslongs. Pbx telephone internal lines always down. Lights in night very week

The breakfast was disappointing. There were no juice options except orange and lemon, and both tasted extremely diluted more like water with a slight hint of flavor rather than real juice. Overall the quality did not meet expectations.
