Cons:

Smelled pot in halls ways and it looked like a older building and could see wires hanging in the hall ways

AVOID, poor leadership!
Pros:

Front desk staff are absolutely wonderful, unfortunately Jomarie Perez (General Manager) lacks any form of customer focus and does not stand behind decisions that his staff make. If you believe leadership sets the tone, avoid this location at all costs.

A welcoming, quiet retreat during bike week.
Pros:

Stayed at the property for Daytona Bike week. It was a perfect location! The Staff was so very nice & welcoming. They had parking set aside for motorcycles. The area and motel was quiet, clean and relaxing.

Nothing.

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the room was very nice. Clean in the room and lobby, pool, Breakfast area.

Cons:

I waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Her apology was she was upstairs helping someone. Along with 2 other people that appeared at the same time?? There was a dog that barked for more than 3 hours until the owners finally returned. The fire alarm went off because a microwave went off, lots of confusion and upset. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:30, before I could answer or get to the door just barged in. Again Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10:00 no waiting just opened the door. 11:00 Housekeeping opened the door. Yes, checkout is 11:00 but with all the confusion and the dog barking and the fire alarm the morning was not going well. I have always stayed with Hampton but this was not a good stay.
